  1. 4 me pt never/barely been an option, match awareness is not trainable on captns so to say ;D... but thats might just a matter of taste. u got good advice here, i dont think i need to add anything. gl and happy hunting
  2. just a quick: change pt for pm and scratch ls on cruisers. if u aint goin with radar or hydro module the eng mod is obligatory 4 me on such ships. in combo with pm i rarely get engines out with that setup. on dd's ofc it's ls instead of em (in general). ce on light cruisers also absolutely is recommendable, up to "must have". ar in that regard more valuable than ls. the only ship i've ever ran without a 4th skill been the henry a while ago. switched to giving it ce as well by now.
  3. ... today, early morning i earned my 1st chatban ever (i think) ..... while i'm pretty sure it was meant 4 @nambr9 lol... fun fact: we wanted to lose to have a reason to stop, told so and came out kinda top xp while lemmings threw it allover. match was pure comedy gold..... my very own and only comment in that match at the start: LEROOOY.... i survived
  4. - in matches with cv's don't expose urself as a target - tirpitz is one of the best credits earners ingame, so rather go for a tank build i'd advice - "queen of cruisers", she is! play her like one ;).... though she's a bb and will get spotted "anyway" so to say, so.... - i don't run any concealment on mine, cap skills are: pm, 2nd plane ha, em, ar si fp, aft (this solely to enhance the crappy AA a bit while giving same benefit to the secs. occasional fire inbetween always is nice) modules: main arms dcs1 aim sys (must have!) dcs2 ....(hold it)..... target acquisition..... yeah, REALLY .... absolut priceless for pushing dd's (in smoke, behind islands or even in open water) when needed. most played ship here, gib t10 matches plZZzzZ.... really .... gl man, have a lot of credits and keep rather mid (not too far), but not to close either. in doubt though u got everything on this build to go into brawls as well. and thats the ship itself.

    ...noch nie texas gespielt?!.... da hatt ich grad ma 1 1/4 runden gedreht ...räusper... ja, meine auch irgendwie bemerkt zu haben, dass einer nach dem anderen vor die kanonen läuft lol. nah, ne iron duke, ne york und ne bertin haben mich gut gemelkt. dreadnought und fireproof waren obligatorisch in dem match. das schärfste wars aber mit der texas die ganzen shots zu dodgen (hat tatsächlich ganz gut funktioniert) xD... mein dd kollege hatte auf jeden ordentlich popcornfutter, danke dafür .... deine abruzzi irgendwo hab ich ganz schnell in ruhe gelassen, immer NUR wassersäulen sind doof!

    i can remember when getting salem (4k steel put into it), it stated for confirmation which ressources are taken to buy it. in that case it showed me the full ammount of my coal and the appropiate ammount of steel to make up for the missings. didn't had any "oh sheet" feeling... my hint is: always check what u click
  10. i kinda never take it over preventive maintenance. and on the few ships i run 2 lvl1 skills on, it's expert loader as well. in whole i think i run it on like 3-5 ships, rather gunboat dd's. i remember having a discussion on this a while ago, mentiniong that a problem in comparing is that the benefit of pt is obvious, while the one on pm is passive and subtile... and in most cases the one of el is just situational.
  11. hey. can't watch replay atm either, but may can give some basics on the nagato: it's more like a battlecruiser, so rather low armor and big guns (afaik biggest calibre on tier 7). that being said, it's not a brawler, rather a mid-to-long range ship. ... but never borderhug anyway lol, about 13/15-20 km i think is its sweetspot. use wasd hack, angle in, use "some" range and superior firepower and u should be fine. gl
  12. no ships from regular ones. bought 2 prems and got asashio on 2nd..... then bought nther 2 ... in the end asashio for 18 bucks not is too bad i guess.

    .... it is! with this simple fact one already could ask the thread to get closed lol .... BUT.... .... the questions in this regard are: - what u consider good teamplay? - what u think determines a good team? this thread is meant to give teams/clans hints from others on how to improve the own play by checking others ways out. to me (in short): - what u consider good teamplay? i consider good teamplay to support each other in action, communication and situational awareness. - what u think determines a good team? imo a good team is about the "WE". a good team allows single players to fail. a good team in this sense carries each other, as next time someone else might gonna fail and ideally is relatively on the same skill level. a good team knows what to realistically expect from its single members. and last but not least: a good team not calls each other out! reliancy, trust, forgiveness.... and a laugh with a smile on the hardest edit*, next is gonna be better!..... that's a good team to me . anyone else?
  21. i won't elaborate in here why i could not finish it, but i'm fine with a skill ceiling tied to it in general. in which way idrc. i don't think everyone should be able to farm it like f.e. coal or xp. ranked not only has to be the only alternative though imo, but yeah. no offence, but a skill requirement i'm fine with.... not that i necessarily meet it anyway
