Doesn't FD stand for - Flying Dutch? Give them some time. I'm sure we will get Scharnhorst Dutch clone sooner or later as well as couple more ships. On the bright side Dutch might get maybe even entire line or two, it is hard to imagine Polish and Chinese lines of any sort.

Most of the time you only get max 5 BB's per team. Match you got, happens only when there is less then optimal number of players online (as has been said godzillion of times before). For my humble 5k battles I only got 1 mm like that.

If you have only asked: "Any idea how to counter Belfast divisions?" you'd have higher chance for reasonable answer. By putting those additional comments you are basically asking to be trolled. I found out that good CV captain can do wonders. So get one and play in division with him. Or just play best to your abilities and ask people to cooperate. If you win - good for you - if you lose - go into next battle. From my experience those divisions are extremely rare. Yes they are same breed as 3x Nicolai divisions, but unless WG does something with MM there is nothing you can do, except doing best you can.

Be factual. Zao has best rudder shift of all T10 cruisers. Only Des Moines is slighly worse in that departement, rest of them don't even come close.

Zao's AA is mediocre, its turning radius is horrible, turret traverse is... well, Japanese, reload is worse on the tier, has least HP... Should I go on? If we are on the subject of ships needing nerf, how about Khaba?
