What are you on about? Obviously it is only meant as 'there are other issues with the game that need fixing'. Probably some Ivan threw fireball at his direction and it was first thing that popped up in his head. But I admit - first option should be: "Fix the game first" -

Port chat exists in constant state of 'I haven't decided yet if I want to cooperate with people'... It is on and off. Often disconnects right after the battle, moment you write something in it. You can relog, but it doesn't always work. After a minute it works again, only to dissapear after next battle, or simply after some time. Or not. It can simply stop responding. You can write in chat window and send multiple lines of text, only to discover they dissapeared in some 'black hole' for some time, to reappear as wall of text in chat, along your name shown twice or even 3 times in the list of logged in people. Pigeon post is more reliable.

Casual freezes during battle happen to me too. Overall I notice overall drop in performance since 0.6.10. In my case also exiting from game takes ages now, compared to what had been previously. But battles in 0.6.11 load noticeably faster. I'm on Win7 and DX11.

Surely you are not able to carry effectively as in purely T8 battle, but you can still do useful things. Protect your own and hunt enemy DDs, scout, exploit people's errors like going solo in battleships. It all matters as well and helps your team to achieve victory. Real problem is being almost constantly outtiered in T8. Yeah, if you want to do nothing except camping at the very back and spam HE. Because this SGM 3 won't help you in mid range, and it is difficult to support your destroyers from the back.

I'm starting to believe they do and since most folks want to play BBs they try to diversify that by giving them other classes' characteristics... We still lack Ise with its aircraft deck and then all 4 new BB lines are going to be present in game. BB DD, BB CL, BB BB, BB CV. World of Battleships baby! -

I'd rather call it 'public relations' then 'communication skills'. Other than that, lot of valid points. Couldn't agree more with gimmicks, MM, or supertesters. One thing missing are technical issues often going for long not fixed, after being raised in PTS. And CHAT not being fixed for like forever... -

I believe those 'things' are clan related, so don't see discrimination there and if so, you can say every player without a clan is being discriminated, because cannot take advantage of clan bonuses. But since everyone can join a clan (and it doesn't cost you anything) I don't see that being a problem. In any case, let's judge WG based on present, not future.

You can't build base while not in clan so what would be the point of that? It is meant to be clan only resource I believe. If you want to collect it you can just join clan for purely that purpose - problem solved!

You guys forget, that in corporate environment, simplest things take longest to get done. -
Being bottom tier sucks for sure, but there is also someone on enemy team in the same situation. And you never know what game brings. Yeah it is not very funny to have most of your health rendered obsolete in one salvo, but the same can happen to you even if you sailed in Chapayev and RNG choose so. It is also very good opportunity to play 100% support role (and free ticket to camp at the back )
