True, but top tier would be always outtiered (in your example T8 would always play vs T9) and it wouldn't break +-2 Tier MM. This solution, while not perfect would still be much better then what we have now. If T8 wanted to be top tier, they could still play in T8 only division. Good idea. As long as offers are not accessible for everyone at the same time. I wouldn't say it is bad. Doesn't stand out from the crowd - maybe, but still can equip both hydro and defensive fire and is very fast. For me it is also the issue of fun I have while playing it. Emden is bad, but I like to go back to it every now and then. You know how it is. There are other factors at play besides simple 'good or bad'.

Those ones are bottom end of spectrum. Easy mistake to make for you. From top everything looks small buddy!

What you wrote is epitome of what is wrong with what WG is doing. I do understand not everyone can be good at the game, but it shouldn't be excuse to balance it around such players. Tanks only live long in certain situations. Tank without support is easy prey to both infantry (city warfare) or attack helicopters (open field) no matter how advanced it is. You need to know when to tank and when not to. In upcoming patch T9 and T10 RN BBs still have best heal in the game (and still too potent) as well as ridiculous HE that allows you to easily surpass other battleships when it comes to dealing damage...

Nah. You just need to figure out how to take him down. Done with relative easy in every game I played. If I can add my 2 eurocents... I see CV gameplay not as main damage dealer, but purely support vessel. Have no problem with difficult drops within the Filth. There is still enough ships outside of Filth to account for 200-300k damage. Getting 5 stars is relatively easy if you play in division. 1 competent player needs to take out enemy CV, second needs to guard 2nd tower (here cv plays crucial role) I hope along with whatever rewards for every star achieved, there is also going to be additional mission that let's us farm some stuff. All considered - good job WG. Only issue I have - being outside of the Filth impacts performance heavily. Some folks with average gaming rigs might struggle.

TBH with exceptional CV player there is no tier on which you won't be sealclubbing... I have to admit I'm little lost. Because - as you said - WR is just a number and it represents... WR. Not sure what else it represents. I know great players with sub 50 WR on certain ships, just because... It is great you want to improve - do so, but not in the name of WR. If anything, all those who look at it will underestimate you in battle, thus giving you an edge. Such a small drop in WR is insignificant. Had even larger. Why? Because of long losing streaks, so basicaly -> because... Keep watching good streamers/ youtubers and just have fun on the high seas. I'm sure your WR will climb up.
