I think the GNB cammo looks great on Yamato. also there are indeed mods to change the colorschemes. I even found a way to change it into an ARP Yamato scheme. Don't ask me where: found it when clicking around and closed it again. Bt I saw it's there somewhere.

OK you made your point to OP. He typed it in frustration. I'm guessing next time he'll strike a more friendly tone. Wether or not the 108 losses are real I can say what is real are losing streaks. Thouroughly debated elsewere in the forum. OP is getting his first experiences in random battles. The most important similarities between that and coop IMO is there's water and boats. Human enemies don't go by the book. Tactics that might work in coop don't necesarily mean a thing in random. OP: we all have those streaks. No exception. What I always do when I feel frustrated is the alt F4 hack. Or as I put it: the BLUNT maneouvre (better luck next time). Hang in, you'll get the egde sooner or later. Nope. Nothing whatsoever. Of course I don't mean the diamond/ pearl/ ARP events. I mean the specific offers some people seem to be given. I once did get a bonus code for WOT. Not that I'm playing that but it was a free prem tank. Wanted to redeem in case I change my mind and give it a shot. But was send away empty handed "it's only for newcomers." When I started Wow's last year also no reward (other than the ingame ones which everybody's getting). I was about 1 or 2 days too late for the albany gift. Tried to ask WG in my specific case (was just new at the game and didn't know about it. Answer was as to be expected). But again: not to whine. Just stating a fact.

Like Azalgor and ColonelPete are saying. Try not to become obsessed with stats and WR. it only partly is saying something of your qualities: you were present in X% wins/ losses. Furthermore: we all have "those ships" "those days" "those losing streaks" "the campground potatoe teams" your own stupidities and just plain [edited] bad luck. Those games in which suddenly you make a realisation of the cosmic connection between your monitor and the front window! In those cases I use the "alt-F4 hack" before I make the realisation into manifestation....

That's odd indeed. I have 1 as well. Had nothing to do with skill: it was all luck. Looking at your post you certainly qualify. Did you send a ticket? I'm curious if WG will correct it. SW is 1 of the rarest achievements AFAIK.

I advice you next time to try and search a topic first. This is widely debated already. Yes, it's a common problem. Concensus is the obvious reasons: computercrash, phone/ housecalls or sanatory emergencies. But also PC issues. We call them "the slow starters." Games is loading longer and they always activate in the 2nd or 3rd minute. Now that shouldn't be that big of a problem if they'd use cruisers or battleships. In a CV it's a disaster; it's vital to get the planes up asap. Every second delay is giving the team a huge disadvantage. A slow starting DD is extremely annoying, since (when played correctly that is) a DD should be in the front line for scouting and capping asap as well. This problem is 1 of the reasons I stopped playing Ranked. Those matches are pretty much decided in the first 5 minutes. And somehow I nearly always managed to be in the slow starting team.... I do have an idea though, but that's up to WG and I have no clue if it's even possible. Why not let the game load in first with more players than actually needed and make a "reserve list?" Start the match if everybody is active. That way you'll "weed out" the slow starters (they can be put into another match, some later). I guess this means having to wait some longer but I wouldn't mind.

Maybe an advice for you: start to see things in perspective. It's a bloody game. Intended to have a good time. Please get back to RL once in a while.

Lol. This problem appeared 3 or 4 patches ago and it's still not fixed. No idea why that is but it's annoying indeed. I like to steer with the arrow keys as well.

Actually I do. I had it once. Ships just diassapeared and I don't mean the concealment disappearance: they just vanished, altough I was still visible to them. Wrecking me inevitably. Never happened after that incident. But that doesn't answer your question OP. I have no idea why that happened to me or is happening to you. I have windows PC. I advice you to send a ticket to the helpdesk. Or maybe look in the tech section of the forum. Edit: my incident was a few patches ago.

Does anyone have an ETA for both DQ and the KM BB line? (other than "soon"). At least with DQ there will be finally a ship with the correct "red, white, blue in the lines.... For the "RN fans" I mean the straight lines like you saw at the "river" Thames (actually a former kreek from the river Rhine) chain with your all good pal Michiel for wich he got the orde of st Michael from Louis XIV.... Wow! Made a hell of a come back later! I'm sure I met 1 of you guys in battle (with or against me). I just can't remember. all were wonderfull games!

Like you I'm a ship keeper. Every new ship I kick in a fresh captain. Waste the doublons for the 3 points and grind on from that point. It's a bit of patience I know. But with a 10 point captain you'll have a reasonable setup for that ship. Use premiums to train the captains of that nation. Please WG: for that matter I need a reasonable USSR destroyer. Don't mind Granny taken back but some other DD will do just fine. We have more that enough Russian cruisers already... I couldn't fall for the "Delete me Krym" although...

Yeah, and frankly I'm amazed that wasn't me! Usually I am the Hipper (or equal tier) in such line-ups!

Just fought Max-Graf-Spee. Man! I'm having 1 of those days!! Ships being upgraded to floating citadels, ammo buffed to tennisballs. And absolutely nothing works! But it was a nice chat in battle. I even managed to make a loss on a premium ship in this battle. and this was 1 of the best I had today! Thanks and GG. BLUNT (better luck next time).

Actually I'm not that fond of the T4-5 captainskills for IJN DD's at all.. DE? Ok, you only use guns in emergencies and they can give a bite in emergency situations. But I always try to keep my stealth. SE?? Hmmm, when you get focussed out you're ofter screwed anyway. That few 100 extra HP doesn't do the trick for me. For me the T2 and 3 skills are much more valuable. I much rather have the TAE and LS skills for the price of 3% more chance of fire f.e. Let alone the T5 skills. JOT might me interesting. CE? Hhhmwah. Jap DD's are stealthy enough by themselves. Kick in upgrade and paint and you'll shave it down a lot already. F.e. my Kangeroo has 6 km detection. Bring it back to 5.4? I know: it's an advantage but not significant enough. But these are only my thoughts and preferences.

That's exactly my point. A bought premium ship: am I the owner or the renter? And if they would nerf a prem ship directly I would never buy another one. By the way OP: you can speak Dutch with me if you like!
