I drew a Super yesterday! It had 50 100% XP cammo's!! Very happy with it.

Hey. Myoko is a hell of a ship. Play it DD-and BB-ish. DD for the stealth (get all the stealth bonusses you can get) and the guns like a BB. As goes for all cruisers: keep turning and changing speeds all the times. Avoid knife fights with BB's indeed but stealth harrass them with HE (Demo expert is a must). You main weapons are your guns but don't forget the torps either. They have 10 km range and are excellent for parting gifts and "you never know what you might hit" spreads. Always ask yourself the question: what would I do if I were that DD and spread to that direction. You'd be surprised how many DD"s you'll catch in the process. Furthermore: also don't forget about your AP. Those are devastating at close cruiser combat... Last: you'll have to go very much broadside in order to use all guns. Only do so when you're as musch sure you won't get a BB return salvo. That's something you wouldn't like....

I'm neutral in this matter. I have acc. But IMO Iowa is heavy RNG-us depending. Sometimes I deal amazing shots and sometimes hilarical derp salvos: 3 overpens, 4 bounces on a full BS cruiser @ sort range or seeing my shells land perfectly around the victim @ long range where I'd say the water splashing shoud do at least SOME damage. So I guess there would be a point to take the ROF buff. The more shots you can fire, the better the RNG chances would be.

I have suggested an "appear offline" function in port with 1 of the surveys. Sometimes I'd like to play alone and don't want people to feel hurt if I decline an invite.

Oh come on people. Don't uninstall the game for a lemon green Myoko! I'm spamming a lot of Russian battles for the "greater cause." And if the circumstances are right (secure win or loss) I'll volunteer in the chat to suicide for a Nachi grinder when in a Russian ship. And remember: you only need to be T8+ and shoot a Russian vessel. So that goes for T6-10 ships. Just play and it'll come by it's own. But I still agree it'd be a far better idea to make it a destroy 80 ships instead apart from line separation.

1 more advice: a lot of Cruiser players have the captain ability which warns them for incoming fire. They'll hit the brake and rudder when that flashes on. The trick is to fire just 1 gun and see their reactions and adjust the remaining guns to that. I know: cruiser players won't like me when giving that advice. But it has given me some more succes in hitting them. Also: If you have 1 cruiser targeted: follow his pattern. People like to cling to their behaviours.

Just realized I was in the same team as FaceFisted. His name rang a bell but it was an intense battle so I didn't have time to chat. Was on the map trap. With a strange fellow who stayed in the bottom corner of the whole match. We did win however. By the skin of our teeth.

OP. Please. You can't be serious about Indianapolis being a serious ship?? Never seen such a inferior ship ingame like that one. I even take a RN cruiser more serious than that floating citadel. Heck I even 1 shot "St Flammu" when he was testing that ship. In my Texas...

That's all OK. I like the initiative OP. For all the "haters" just go back a bit into history. We Dutch people have overcome everybody. Especially the "oh so powefull RN" Ask any RN fan about Michiel de Ruyter and it becomes eerily silent.... And the powerful "Spanish ARMADA" Oh boy, how the "watergeuzen" took care of them. No! not to upset anybody! Please don't get me wrong on this 1! My idea was an event for ARp ships only just for 1 or 2 days with the ridiculous arms they're showing in the series. Don't need any special reward for that. Just the plain fun. And if you're not into ARP: don't participate! Never meant to insult anyone!

I absolutely like the idea OP. After all: DD's and CV's are each others mortal enemies. And some DD's have the AA def ability to chose from! I managed to get wrecked by a CV in my Lo Yang once (granted I was @ 10% health to begin with but still... I complimented the CV of course). I think it would be a hell of a consumable for CV's rather than an upgrade. IMO only noob DD's go "CV hunting" the whole time. Would be wonderful if a CV would have a decent chance to fight them off with that consumable.. Like from me for this idea OP!

A IJN cruiser split coming up...?? Lol. i think a server glitch. Nachi is a "hulk colored" myoko. Restart would kick her back to her place @ T7.

Eerrr. I find all German bb's (except mine) to be extremely hard to citadel. K.A. Is a t3 bb with t4 characteristics. That's it's"sting" which almost all premships have. Otherwise it's by far invulnerable... So is Impregnator for that matter. I'm not such a loud mouth anymore when I have the TLC of the enemy CV f.e. And there's only 1 way to bring down a New Mexico with it. (hint: in both scenarios you are immune to fires!)

I'm not in: I already have the ships I want in that tierrange. So I don't want to diminish other people's chances. But I want to say: awesome initiative OP! Edit: tell you what. I like this initiative so much. Like this game and this wonderful community of people with whom I've had excellent discussions and gotten invaluable advice which improved my skills. IF OP agrees: I'll kick in another ship in the draw (so there will be 2 draws). Same conditions for the rest. If OP agrees to this I'd kindly ask him to quote my message in his first 1.

oh come on OP. We all had to learn it. When going back to lower tier battles you'll know your own newcoming allies are more dangerous than the reds! If you're somewhat capable of this game you'd dodge those torps easily and politely and friendly point out how to score good hits the next time? If i didn't know better I'd almost think you're a sissy!

I don't recognise OP's POV. Didn't see this at all in matches where people hold back to finish off that particular ship. Neither did I actualle see any special focus fire on Russian (or other shiptypes for that matter) ships. I do think I see less Russ ships on the T8-10 range. So I answered the call elsewhere on the forum to bring them out! But I'm not making it easy for them though!

From what I've seen from the RN cruisers it's very static: either hiding behind islands or in smoke. The other cruisers don't do that. Like previously stated: keep zigzagging and changing speed the whole time while detected. No guarantee you won't be insta deleted but it severely reduces that chance.
