I like the idea as well. Afraid it won't be happening anytime soon. I kind of understand the re-training idea (apart from business model that is): new ship, capt/ crew has get used to that. IMO the whole retraining could use a nuance though. Why does a captain have to make a full retrain when he's put back onto a ship he's already been on? Or why doesn't shiptype have deductions? F.e. a BB->BB transfer would be somewhat easier to master than a BB -> CV IMO? And it might be an idea to make the "penalty" more stagewise: like -75, 50, 25 in the progress.

1 more issue that might explain it: maybe you're in tunnelvision and there are 2 ships aligned after each other: 1 close and 1 far away. OC you'll want the close ship but their icons appear to be close together but sometimes my UI picks up the "far away ship" instead of the intended target because of that.

Yeah probably the torp-shell mistake. I'm so used to pressing "1" again because of the DD's. Oh and don't rage switch like I am tempting to do: just fire the HE! Otherwise you'll be stuck for another half a minute.

Well I'm getting a bit annoyed every game lasts 20 minutes and 1 second... @ t -0,5 second I just got wrecked before finishing the blasted 4th mission phase.

My rule of thumb: any torp I eat = in 100%.... OK, now I am exagerating: 99,999% of the cases a flood. Any torp I send is about 50-50 chance.

I always feel guilty when taking out that boat (sorry, I can't muster up the strength to call that a ship). And I haven't bothered to start with the RN line at all. Did 1 match in the Swan. And then I've seen it already. Looking at their performance in battle: I think they are a joke. Waiting behind an island the whole match, hoping someone will forget him and they can rain hell on you. That's it. I don't even run in a DD when facing a Rn cruiser but head into a knife fight with pleasure. Minotaur maybe being the only exception to that. Still haven't bought Roon though. I am in no rush whatsoever. But your comment made me a bit more curious...

Well looking at the player line up: a lot of your enemies names are ringing a bell as in : "these are formidable players" So I guess you've drawn the short stick in this line up. Still good result though.

Ah (last post about PTSS): thought the "c" was for cheesehead. AFAIK c-PTSD is a description of the severity of the medical problem itself. Like all dieases there are different kinds of severity.

I'd go for C, S. But I'm biased with Yorck (mmmehhh.... It's not a RN cruiser and I can remember 2 or 3 epic battles in it) and Hipper (singularity in the middle of my citadel, the event horizon 5 km around my ship and with Pokemon go fluffies as main ammo). So with a metaphorical knife to my throat between your options: Y,C. For sure. Heck I suffered from Hipper so much, even Negan and Mathilda couldn't force me to buy Roon just yet, although I have researched it. Bit off topic: I'm considering buying Prince Eugen. What's you advice?

Most of what VC is saying. IMO its approximately the same "thin red line" I see when playing BB's: Camping vs cautious. I can add to vc's comment: wiggle frantically when detected: always assume there a a million BB AP with your name on them. Myoko specific and talking to myself as much as to you: DON'T forget your torps and AP shells! AP on mid/ close range is leathal. Ruined enough red cruiser games by that. "ah an IJN cruiser, he'll probably will spam HE! N.p. to go bradside. (hint: give 1 or 2 salvos HE first to really make him believe that.)."

Yeah! And even more ridiculous: you also don't see battles which are yet to come!!!
