in the last 2 weeks i had several times a "funny" situation with my DD. situation awareness told me, that i am detected. i set a new course (running away) loosing the detected information, set 2 or 3 times a new course, moving away (not in a straight line!), without a new detected information and up to 10 seconds later, at an absolutely new position, still without a new detected information, a full volley is hitting my DD is this bad luck and someone wants only to hear his gunns firing a volley, while i am standing in the line of fire, or am i paranoid?

thx for this advice. i'll will do it camouflage is activated and dont forget, i was hit at a distance of 6.2km i would guess, due to distance when i was hit, travel time of the projectiles, at least one or two seconds aiming and my own speed, the volley was fired at 6.4+km. and as i told earlier. worst ping so far was 50ms . i wouldn't call this laggy. besides of this. my ping is today constantly, as usual, at 30 to 35ms.

and once again only one enemy left, no planes in the air. my Minekaze is visual at 6.0km. volley hit me at 6.2km distance while i was heading the enemy (running with full speed towards him). detected alert was not active...

happened so far so in all ijn DDs i use (isokaze, minokaze, fubuki and yesterday in my new kagero *it has still the smell of a new car... uhm... ship* *grin*) never on my nicholas *shrug* my concealment is maxed out on fubuki and kagero by upgrades and camouflage *long way to Concealment Expert* *cry*. but even when there has someone a better concealment... Situation Awareness should inform me, when someone can see me, and this did not happen. meanwhile i wondered, if this could be a lag problem, but my ping is normaly at 30 to 35 ms, never been over 50 till now and there are no framedrops (55 to 60fps). on the other side, it happened 7 or 8 times. and mostly with a deadly result, when i got no detected information, why should i change my course everey few seconds? and a full well aimed volley of a t7+ cruiser / BB is really devastating for a DD... mostly deadly

and it doesn't matter if they are right or not! if you have the opinion, that you have a better tactical view of the map, or even not(!) tell your teammates what to do, tell them, how to act and not to act... but dont blame anyone, if your team loses or not. cause there are people who are really skilled with the artillary, and some people are not.
