nerf was needed but supernerf again debalanced things...us DDs have guns and decent torps and aa...japs have super torps and nice concealment...ru DDs after nerf was left only with good speed ( and only at higher tiers), however i also kept Kiev

Specially IJN captains. Its a fact. Much less torpedo detection (for torpedoes launched from a ship), slower rudder for BBs....I mean, Im slightly above average DD player and still can sink alot of ships in Minekaze and now will probably become a monster of teh seas. Its just plain wrong. I love DD class, its probably my favorite, but would also like to enjoy CAs and BBs also and this will introduce a lot of problems.... we will see...

As you all know Kiev will be seriously nerfed in next patch. It will have 5000 HP less than BLyskawica and its 150mm guns will do less damage than 120mm from Blyska. Ofcourse its usual WG onsense and proof that we who grind (and pay premium acc) are always reckd in the back and premium ship owners would never meet such nerfs. What was their point ofnerfing Kiev? Was it OP? If yes wasnt the Blyska also? Oh wait, its premium ship. So is this pay to win crap at its best or not? Tell me... Its sad really...

Though pitty they didnt put concealment perk into premium camo. The other one (4% less precision of enemy shells) is more useful for BBs and CAs....

Its hard to citadel crusiers now (in BB). Overpen. A bit too much. Also RU DDS are officially a garbage now and I will sell my hard earned Kiev. I spent money (prem acc) and time to get that boat. Bah!

dmg alone is not winning the battles, specially in ranked....btw, I have way more exp in Kiev and my feeling is that once I get used to Farragit style I would do same or closer to Kiev... anyways, Kiev will be nerfed...

I took steering because i feel it needs it more. BTW, I dont think Blys is OP. Just that Kiev shouldnt be nerfed so much. And I can do in Farragut as much as I can in other two. Its just a different style of play.

You have a curved image about BBs since you are playing IJN BBs not the US BBs.

Yes, im aware fo teh upgrade but why there was also a need to slow down the rudders of BBs? They are slow enough now... PLs dont take this as a whine Im just thinking out loud how this will influence the gameplay and balance. Probably we will all adapt.

Ok I boight a gift for my wife (the other day) and then tonight she said she want to buy me a f**** sweater and i told her i want that little polish ship instead (WG milk me, im an idiot ahahaha). So here I am with Blyska. I played 3 battles in it. Its a great ship. Nice camo also. Really a lovely DD. Its a gunboat and a decent torpedo boat. It is somehow between (current) Kiev and Minekaze. A perfect allrounder. It is also a great fun since it should be played simmilar to Kiev, means a lots of shoot and maneuvers. Though it can be used for stealth sniping but not for a long since in practice there is always some plane or other DD spotting you. But thats the part of the fun and game. Its not sluggish in manuvers but thats also can be a bit improved with rudder upgrade. The main problem of this ship is that its probably used (mostly) by less experienced ppl and most of the vets doesnt like DDs much. We will see how Kiev will be after nerf but lets say they will be about equal in gunboat role then with Blyska leading in torp and concealment role and Kiev slightly leading in speed and maneuverability.

Gremy is "overperforming" too and it is more or less the same ship as Gnevny but wont be nerfed like Gnevny.... so ..elephant in the room gents...

I have Farragut and Mutsuki (researched). Both very good ships. Different style than Kiev. Nobody said Kiev shouldnt be nerfed but this is too much mate.It will loose third of its HP! and guns HE dmg and fire chance lowered signifficantly. And it will remain with its glass turrets and poor concealment. Aand...what about Gremy? Why Gnevny and not Gremy nerf? hehe

Well, lowering fire chance, lowering HE dmg and lowering HP for a third of full value is somehow super nerf if you ask me. Almost like Ill want to go back to Gnevny. And Blyska will be now the king of gunboats. And that is for money. We who grinded to Kiev somehow gets slapped in the face, like I said earlier... Whats nex?t They will nerf every single good performing t6 and t7 ship and introduce some new "special" uber premium ships? why the hell they could do it right from the start, charge us for 300 bucks for 10 sper premium ships and let the games begin....

You want to say Kiev will get Khabarovsk turrets? If yes, what does it mean in practice? Better ROF and turret traverse? Less fragile turrets?
