I still think that the Halloween containers are poor value. Also the contents do not appeal to me, personally. (The only thing that did was the camo for Z-23, and I got that from a free container in-game) However, I am genuinely pleased that you got what you wanted from them! Well done, Sir!

Call me a pessimist, but what this indicates to me is that Wargaming's strategy of decreasing the value for money of Halloween Containers is working. We're all basically the same, so if the guys in the German-speaking section have been buying this stuff, then so have lots of the player base. It's just that the guys in the German section are being more open about it. Wargaming may get a lot of criticism here in the forum, but they know what they are doing. They make good capitalists. I almost prefer them as communists. Almost.

+1 The 2017 (and 2015) Halloween ports were excellent. The 2018 one is "meh" at best. Yes, I realise that people worked hard on it and I salute them for this .....but at the end of the day it did nothing for me and i switched back to Hamburg port.

The MM changes for Coop were a big step in the right direction. To improve them still further may I suggest the following? Replace the limitation of four BATTLESHIPS per team with four CAPITAL SHIPS (BB or CV) per team.

Forgive me if I have misunderstood Question #2 ("2. The biggest issue probably is - "), but my answer was "Other". The biggest issue for me personally is this: I don't like games where you have to fly planes around.(1) In the new version the planes are the core item. You stop being a Ship Captain and become a pilot. With the playstyle of carriers at the moment, it still feels as though I control a ship. The planes are sem-abstract. A more "guided" version of torpedoes/shells. (1) And believe me I have tried a few. From the most basic to full-on flight simulators.

The key point in this whole discussion (which I never noticed until others pointed it out) is that this ship was RELEASED WITHOUT ANY FINAL REVIEWS This stinks like a three-week old fish. The "Valued Player Base" had no chance to make a reasoned buying decision. And will anyone from Wargaming have the guts to show their face and justify themselves?

I got the mission for "James D. Breese" and the Z-23 (Yay! My favourite fleet) Funny though...... "James D. Breese" does not look a particularly German name to me. I would have preferred something such as "Rolf Krause". But a win is a win!

I got too many US Captains already for the ships that I actually play. The REAL Captain Ovechkin is earmarked for mid-tier Soviet destroyers. This fake Amerikanski imposter can clean the toilets in the Reserve barracks.

Have you got any videos that I could see? Serious question. Even as a pro-French person (in real life, and mostly in game) I detested the Aigle - but I think a large part of that was due to some awful luck. Maybe if I could pick up some tips from you I could try it again. I actually WANT to like it in the same way that I love the new Royal Navy destroyers. EDIT: Mind you the T-61 will take some beating at tier 6!

Well there is consistency for you - Wargaming style. While other French ships get their standard reload nerfed and a MBRB plugged in as "compensation", this new premium gets standard reload buffed and MBRB nerfed. In my heart of hearts I don't feel happy with the gimmicks handed out to the French Navy - they don't seem as good as the ones given to other navies. As a Francophile I'm annoyed TBH. Questions nobody every asked Wargaming # 3272: Can French ships have a Main Battery Reload Booster in return for a reload nerf, please?

I ask because I received three "regular" containers today and none of them have any pieces of the Ovechkin collection in them. Having consulted three other players I found that two of them also had not received any pieces, but one had been luck and got 2 pieces from his three containers. Since Monday, I've only received a couple of duplicates. Again, one of the people that I consulted reported the same. SUMMARY: Looks like I won't complete the collection (Fair enough) This leads me to believe that the intrinsic design of the collection is to leave people short of all the tokens in order to persuade them to buy containers from the shop. This is a PERFECTLY VALID business strategy - because Wargaming need to make a living. But is this what is supposed to be happening or are you supposed to get a small chance of completing it without buying stuff from the shop?

Judging by the reviews that I have seen during the testing of the ship, the "Terrible" is going to be the most appropriately named ship in the game until the "USS Complete Pants" arrives.

UPDATE: I have been collecting "More Resources" in my standard containers for many weeks now. This morning I collected container #1. Chose "More Resources". No Ovechkin token. A clan mate suggested that I choose "Credits/Silver" when I get my next container. Collected container#2. Chose "Credits". Got 50k in Silver and an Ovechkin token. I don't know if the switch of container types was significant.

Yes. I have 6 out of the 12 items in the collection, and 5 duplicates. I completed the mission to get the Russian version of Capt ovechkin (which came with a few Ovechkin containers of course.) This week I have only had two duplicate tokens in three days - which is why I feel it is drying up.

But DOES it end on November 9th? According to the announcement page they stop selling the containers on November 1st (at 06:00 CET) https://worldofwarships.eu/en/news/sales-and-deals/premium-shop-october-2018/ In that case I have 25th-31st October to collect the tokens (7 days) WHICH HAVE DRIED UP ANYWAY! I had THREE regular containers today (along with Two Halloween containers) and did not get a single new token for the collection. As an aside - the exchange rate is quite "aggressive" for this collection: 5 duplicates for one unique token.

Quite. This is supposed to be the Royal Navy Arc, after all. They can (just about) get away with missions requiring a RN DD. However, setting up missions for only Le Terrible would be such an obvious cash-grab that it would be counter productive. The excrement would hit the air movement device.
