Now it says server temporarily unavailable.... Are the servers in US and Asia offline too?

Same here in Portugal, i downloaded the patch today, i played untill about 1 pm (portugal hour) with the new patch, then, about 4 pm i just cant connect and ive already tryed almost everything to make the game work
