For how long is the tier 10 supercontainer active? Would love an answer.

Hi i have the same problem as snakeeye the: Critical error. Anyone got any clue? Hopefully anyone of the WG-programmers or supports I have tried reinstalling and Start as Administrator. Merry Chrismas.
