    MY warships have no captain

    Hi there I created a new account with world of warship EU I usually play on the NA servers. I wanted to play the Tirpitz badly so I broke down and bought the ship and created a new account on the EU server. The problem is that none of my ships I have 3 have any captains assigned to them. I play the ships but I can not add any consumable items and I dont have any captains assigned to any of my ships to upgrade their skill sets. Its weird as hell, any help would be appreciated.
