I think i'm a mystery, even to myself at times. i have great games, and awful ones when i play exactly the same, my aim can be somewhat unpredictable, i'll hit fully with some shots and miss awfully with others. I started the game playing BB's, and was frankly bad in them, but i kept going, i'm not sure why, but now i seem to be much better in them, especially my Warspite play has become very good!. I enjoy cruisers, but am much too aggressive in them, love DD's and am getting much better in them, although on the Kagero i haven't worked out the changes fully. Play about 30-40 games a week, and my stats are showing improvement, i'd like to get about 50% win rate, currently 48% and climbing. i like to work as part of a team, normally with a cruiser to back up my DD and a battleship to cover the cruiser. But also sailing around alone looking for targets in a DD is good too. I want to be better, and i want to help the team, butyes, sometimes i make poor decisions and get punished for them!

Yes great event, i finished on 288 pearls, only 5 missing from the BB mission i couldn't bring myself to do! I feel sorry for those that missed some of the event, but it is not a gift to everyone, you have to play a certain amount and meet the conditions of the event in terms of the timing of the weekly's. However i do agree that perhaps WG could have capped the total achievable at 260 as there is no point in the extra 28 i got that was just for playing. There was no way for me to not win them as they were from the weekly. It's amusing that the community exploded at the start when "10 million will never be reached by Feb 24" but here we are probably 10 days early on achieving that. i guess that WG had a difficult time thinking how many we would earn per week etc and how popular this event would be. But to reiterate what others have said, if you don't get the Kamikaze then there will be other events in the future like this, i think WG will recognise a winning formula on events from this and with a couple of improvements in communication and targets it could be a huge win for them in numbers of people playing. Overall, good job WG.

Where to start with this one! First flaw was playing BB's too much, I now find them exceptionally boring to play. I find myself alone pushing way too much, i like to be the first in and withdraw does not appear to be in my tactic book! Relying too much on team mates, even if i communicate in chat and come up with a plan i seen to still end up last man standing on my side, or first to go! Driving into islands, especially in my Iowa, then i die. Laughing at some players that just disappear off on their own. Concentrating on hitting the guy in front of me, and ignoring the 3 friends he has coming up fast! There are probably more!

283 pearls for me, and not completed the Battleships quest. Has been a good event and enjoyed doing the T2-5 events as well. Discovered a love for lower tier japanese destroyers during the event that i probably wouldn't have otherwise! Looking forward to getting the Kamikaze and giving it a run, though the first games are likely to be filled with them!
