    Stealth Radar

So you only count a T10 ship as fully fitted if it uses the LM, even if it's a bad one? What if the Petro get a similar LM, making it even more broken then now? Most of the time the dangerous CLs are those behind islands and in smoke. Russian railguns Cls have a hard time doing that. And personally, I've no problem with Shors/Chapa/Donskoi in any of my matches. You forget one thing about this: Stalin has bad concealment. She gets maxed out to ~14, km. That's almost worse then Petros stock at 14.4km. Full concealment the Petro goes down to ~11,3, which is the radar range. So you face a Zao 1 vs 1? Don't shoot at him and you'll be able to catch him. He cannot fight what he can't see and you'll get close to him in your best range. Get spotted? Hit the magic radar and the Zao loses her advantage. Again, for me it depends if the shelll get also the good angles and fuses. Yes they have, but for that they have no reloadbooster nor radar. It's their "gimmick". But with the increase of 18 inch BBs the Zao loses her troll armour, since those don't give a damn about it. So most Zaos have become rather passiv max range HE slingers, hoping their little HP-Pool doesn't get eaten by a 18 inch BB. The other IJN got the buff recently, they didn't have it always. But the cruisers below T10 are floating oneshots for BBs anyways. Well if the angle is below 36°, you should shoot the main belt anyways, right?

    Stealth Radar

No, the dispersion of the new cruiser will behave like the russian BBs, but it's not like the russian BBs. It's actually cruiser dispersion behaving like the russian BBs: Better the closer the enemy is. Petropavlosk max dispersion: 160m at 18,4km Kremlin: 279m at 20.68km So the new cruiser retains it's cruiser dispersion, but also gets the benefits of the russian BBs. Actually the CLs are not as much as a problem for me, as long as their AP also doesn't get the short fuse and improved angles. Otherwise you'll have something like a 12km radar Mino. And I'm sure noone wants that. Also the stealth radar has to go. No. You should not compare it to a module, since the new ships do not have module themselves. I'd still argue the new Petro will wipe and Moskva from the sea, no matter if she uses the Module or not.

    Stealth Radar

Stop comparing the Moskva to the Henry. We're talking the new cruisers. Moskva is not the problem, these new announced ships with more benefits then drawbacks are the problem. Yes, Henry has RLB, but the new russian cruiser will be reliable damage dealers, not suffering from Moskvas illness of overpenning ships. Do you finally understand this is not Moskva vs Henry? The Moskva is completly irrelevant to this topic, since the new cruisers will work entirely different. Not that I give a damn about CBs, but I remember the KotSoviet. And I'll predict, the new russians will make it worse. Nerf you say? Yellow is soviet. And you say it's a nerf? At 19!!! km the dispersion is worse then other cruisers

    Stealth Radar

Yes, but has Henry: Radar? No. Improved AP-Bounce? No. Short fused AP? No. And the AP does more Damage then the Henry one. One is a max range HE-Spammer, which got BB acceleration with the latest nerf, The other is a midrange punisher: Able to reliable punish broadsides thanks to good close to mid dispersion, improved AP-angles and short fused AP grenades. And lets not forget the radar, which allows the ship to spot everything that spots her. Sure, the H4 will win any drawn out max range battles, but this russian cruiser will have more impact on the smaller enemy ships.

But there are some obvious balance issues, which should have been ironed out before even releasing this info: The fact that many of them are able to stealth radar is one concern (Hello @MrConway @Sehales @Crysantos) Ships got nerfed for the same reason, yet they keep on pushing such things into the test. It's like they want to piss us off with things many players are vocal against. Next the Stalinshells: Why do the cruisers have to get all the benefits with short fuse, better autobounce and high accuracy at close range? All to the "disadvantage" of a "longer" reload, which is nothing but a lie?

Usually I'm the same, the problem is: Everytime they announce something soviet, it's clear from the paper stats that the balancing of these ships will be off. And considering WG track record with Smolly or Kremlin, it should be obvious that anything sailing under the soviet banner is rather resistant to nerf, which would balance the ships properly.
  11. So no gambling? Thanks for that. Atleast now take part in the event if worth my time. Beautiful.

Yay, AP-DD killers are back again. Of course they're soviet ships. Remember WG: 279mm and below will score full pens on DDs! With short fuse and improved angles, you'll have another pernerf Stalingrad! "Offset". 13 seconds on the T10 is not bad! It's actually pretty good, so stop lying. Their reload should be worse then the italian ships, considering the benefit they get from their shells. Of course the CLs retained their 12km radar. Not like the US, who's CLs have shorter radar range compared to their CAs sisters. Also: 3 new premium cruisers? Are you serious WG? You have other nations in the game with less silver ships then your worthless soviet dreamships!

    Changes to IFHE and plating

Amazing, so CLs will still walk the park with CAs if both angle accordingly. Now even without any investment. What's the point of CAs again? To "tank" BB shells now?

Great, so even if I do not like the new T10, I'll have a prem Camo for it. Amazing

  21. I've always stated that I think this system is retarded, While being interested in the Ohio, I will not take part in this Research Bureau madness.

Then I've misunderstand the arming threshold. I guess the "short" made me think it was like with the short fuse ships.
