keep trying.. got one today, first in a looong time..

Dasha didn't work :-(.. Eagles 0, Sharks 22.. Balance?.. I think the only thing WG thinks about is how to balance their income more.. This was such a poor event.. with NO incentive to spend money on containers.. First event ever I haven't spent a dime on.. Keep em comping, makes my wallet happy :-)..

Yesterday I got nothing after 16 rounds .. only day I haven't gotten it within the first 4-5 battles.. Today I got it after 3 or 4 clan battles, even after one we lost..

This entire event is a complete farce.. Not even once has eagle won, that's 22+ free containers for just sitting in sharks.. Now you claimed you wanted it to be balanced and thus you kept giving the losing team a bonus, but not even once has it worked.. Wonder why.. He he.. only Dasha has promoted team eagle, all other CC's and WG employees have pushed team shark so hard there seems no reason to chose other.. Ok.. crap happens.. I could have chosen shark, and should have, as the camouflages are not usable at all so, I'll end up buying containers for the tokens instead.. what irks me is the loss of 22+ containers I could have gotten.. Mehh.. That aside, the web pages doesn't work (gives 404 error when you click the go navy event), and it switches back to main page (via link) it changes to italian language.. Go figure..

Bug.. Go Navy link(s) gives error 404 (wanted to post that it is so hard at times to get that invite from the recruiter.. 16 games today and not a single offer.. SIGH, need 17 more points for 100 tokens, will I make it? If this continues, nope.. ).. Then the game reverts to Italian homepage when you press goto main page. Both are bugs, the Italian one is a pain in the....

Whilst I somewhat agree, I don't :-). It's pessimism in it's purest form.You can live by it and live a miserable life or you can ignore it and have a great life with some pits and downers.. Implement it as a guideline for interaction or design of interaction with customers and you fail, simply because you'll never publish or complete the design. What caused the commotion this time was peoples inability to read English text clearly written, even put in it's own box for better visibility.

There is really nothing to fix, it was super clear and unambiguous if you bothered to read the text. Some didn't, wailed and then got what they wailed for anyway.

Ship is in port.. I am amazed that WG even bother to refund people that clearly have a massive issue with reading something that is rather clearly stated. What however was not stated was the exact time when T-61 was to be credited... It arrived late, but still within the promised time: Friday. I have issues with somethings that WG does, but when they do good it's equally important to let them know this. I know this is sort of peeing of some people, but it's not my fault they blame their lack of reading abilities on a company...

Well, sometimes you win and sometimes you don't.. . (and Dim Sum, you lose... love that quote.. ).. I know your feeling.. I go AAAAAaaargh.. spend my reports, go to port, select a different ship and off I go again.. Last battle not even bothering me any more.. Then again, it usually pays off being calm about it, play your best.. who cares about win ratings? Meh.. I really don't care if I win or lose in randoms, CB or operations or Co-op (whenever I do that) I get pissed if we lose :-)....

You have got to be kidding me... All this drab about free stuff.. 1 player with lack of skills do not make the team lose, although I'll make an exception for carriers, which have a massive impact on game play. Clan battles ain't a problem either, his clan knows how many battles he has unless he's got a secret profile, then it's the clans problem, not yours. Jeeze.. talk about creating a storm out of nothing.. Just be glad they give you something.. Will I buy the containers? Probably, I don't have the time to play as much in the following weeks.. which sucks a bit as I'll miss a week of clan battles and farming for FREE ships.. Not to mention, I love the dragon flags for getting more T19 captains.. Now, let's just enjoy the game and stop complaining for issues that are really not issues..

A few things: Musashi special camo gives (only way to get is to shell out 5k doubloons): 20% reduced cost of post battle service 50% captain EXP 100% normal EXP -3% concealment 4% dispersion Yamato special camo (only way to get is to complete the HSF collection): 50% commander EXP 50% reduced cost of post battle service 50% normal EXP -3% concealment 4% dispersion Harekaze special camo (only way is to buy, not sure if it is available in game or only in the store) Same as Musashi as far as I've understood, but not seen a screenshot of it so, unconfirmed. The exclusive mission is 10 missions where you get +200% captain exp just for playing a matchg in either of the two HSF ships (Harekaze and Graf Spee), Yamato or Musashi. First time you play a battle in a HSF ship (Harekaze or Graf Spee) you get access to the repeatable missions (20 missions for each ship) where you get 1 HSF container per win for that specific ship. First time you play a battle in either Musashi or Yamato you get access to the repeatable mission (10 missions for each ship) where you get 1 HSF container per win for that specific ship. T10, ohh where to start. I find more sensible players playing T5-T8 than at T10, that's just my thought. I suppose I am about smack in the middle of average, not bothered too much to invest time in becoming great in 1 boat (not played carriers at all, nearly). But you really do not require any games at all to get Missouri, you just need to buy a whole whopping lot of the pumpkins, 20k free exp, you will need 38 of those.. I got 5 when I bought 55 pumpkins, so buy 365+ and you should more or less at the required level.. Once you've done that you see, you can even shell out more money and buy whatever T10 you want, it'll cost you a hefty sum of money, but hey!.. I really don't mind numpties at T10, it makes for diversive game play, the problem is when players starts taking !"#%$£ for granted, spot this, smoke that, scout here, cap this... Without having discussed tactics, and this happens ALOT more at T10 than at any other tier.. So, if you want to be able to buy these, get free exp, or sell them to guys that have enough T10's already.. A premium T10 is not really that useful for anything except diversity or clan battles :-).

I doubt they'll even notice the "loss" in revenue, I know at least 2 in my clan buying it on the first day. I also know 1 other person that after reading this thread went for the 100 euro build, but then again.. that's just 3 people. I however doubt this will be noticeable at all, without WG releasing full earning reports after each campaign it is neigh on impossible for us to make anything, but poor estimates.. Grind fest? No where near what CotE was, that was horrendous. This is more in line with the christmas convoy one, perhaps a bit easier, that's just my feeling after looking at the missions.

Of course they are funding the game, this was related to those that wants everything for free, and most of the game content is free. Why it should have or shouldn't have a specific camo I really don't care for, but from a selling perspective it makes way more sense to have desirable visual items available for sale at an added price.. Then you can complain about what it should or shouldn't have been, that's all moot. It is like anything you buy in your every day life: Either you buy it or you don't. Some people man...

100 euro ones incoming.. not really miffed about the Hood, but the bonus of T12 cpt, early access to hood missions (less time spent grinding), doubloons and the most selling point for me, the new flags.. Will also have to fork out for a few new containers as I want as many flags I can afford.. Tbh, I sort of understand that players wants as much for free as they can get, or as cheap as they can. I can, however, also understand why any business will sell it's merchandise for as much money as they can.. I don't understand why this is ticking off so many players. Get the boat at it's cheapest (port slot + ship), wait for WG to release the premium dull grey cammo that history buffs so desire and be happy. The ones funding the free game you play should have some advantages, to me spending money on this game is well worth the time I save on grinds, as my time is worth WAY much more.

I think T10 without camo that either gives credits or repair discount is hard, economically speaking. But to consistently do T10's you need the camo+premium time, then you actually on average make money (if you've got about 50% win rate).

Uhm, I don't mind hard missions, If I manage to grind to them during normal play fine. I understand why the missions are progressively more difficult and have no problem with that. I found the Christmas issue a bit strange, but it was resolved so no point in moping about it still. The Clash of Elements is a super hard grind, but then again, not to fuzzed as if I really want something I have to put in some effort. The game is free to play if you want it to be, you can even get premium vehicles, premium time, doubloons, credits and free exp all whilst paying nothing for the game. I admit the odds for getting all those nice things in super containers are rather slim, but they are there none the less.. I've had my gripes with customer care, but that's all water under the bridge. If you keep carrying a grudge over small things for too long they fester and becomes an annoyance, which is not good for you or the game. Funny to see the posters that keeps posting in the forum for a game they say they have put away for good, worse yet they seems to want to be taken seriously.. Yeah, I've spent a lot of money in this game, mainly to save time as time to me is precious. If you have time to waste, don't spend money unless as several here have stated : there is a ship you really want. TLDR...So, I suppose that is the long answer to your question. Am I happy enough with WG to buy premium ships? Yes. -Fesvil

Can confirm all the current bugs reported here. In addition I found this: 1. First container animation plays twice (only tested the "Try your luck" container) so it looks like you get two. 2. Chose Try your luck as first container (hard to verify if you have gotten your first for the day). 3. Animation plays twice so it looks like you get two containers. 4. Animation should play once. 5. Bug time, in 6.3.0 patch from yesterday and the patch this morning.

Hmm.. Hadde jo vært moro å spille med andre.. Gjorde profilen min hemmelig da folk var så ille hissige på stats.. kan legge ved bilde av stats om ønskelig :-).. Ellers, hadde vel vært moro å spille mer taktikk enn fullstendig uorganisert kaos til tider samt skvaldre norsk med andre enn kompiser som spiller andre spill. Test installerer TS i løpet av kvelden i dag eller i morgen tenker jeg. Har ikke tjenestegjort innenfor noe som helst, alt ble utsatt pga studier og når tiden var inne fikk jeg beskjed om at jeg stod på sivilforsvarets reserveliste, hvilket innebar så og si null sjanse for å tjenestegjøre noe sted overhode :-). Spiller det meste, men har kun litt erfaring med CV (kjøpte Saipan for en stund siden, samle mani???), har karret meg til T8 i GER BB treet, men ellers primært CC og DD.
