so you would forbid a car driver from walking too also with the reduce cost flags / camos / clan bonus its quite manageable even if you play bad also people on eu server are quite competitive with all the e-sports stuff happening and then people complaining if they end up in the losing team -

free reset will come in autum , so you have to wait , and whuning probably wont get you anything, your own fault if you spec in a skill that was tested and is horribly broken -

yeah too bad you need to complete 5 lines to unlock research bureau i think 3 lines would be better

Further steps The next skill changes are not planned until autumn, as improvements and reworks take time to develop and test. We will work to balance a number of skills, and try to improve or replace the most unpopular skills. Over the last few updates we have been collecting statistics and feedback on how the updated skills have affected the game balance. After the changes in 0.10.4, we plan to focus on the state of individual ships most affected by the skill system update, and make changes if needed. As part of these changes, we are planning a free skill reset for all players. -

i would say kurfürst and montana both turning rate like a brick in aerodynamics kurfürsts secondaries cant hit anything, mid range gun dispersion is meh , only 20km range on the guns Yamato because of the poor turret traverse and the changed turret rotation skill

dd escaped , bismarck didnt pop hydro and rammed into a french bb, killing himself in the process my captain was untrained and accuracy on guns were meh was bad game for us , good game for the others -
dont give too much on it , karma is literally nothing meaningful try to use torps rationally and dont block others from torping enemies if someone willingly block your torp zone report him for unsporting behaviour

bots can queue 24/7 and coop waiting time is max 30 seconds usually games are 6 - 15 mins depending on players and bots movements im surprised that they have the creds for the izumo as well

Ships that were designed when the devs thought deadeye will be a permanent skill should get base accuracy buff after deadeye is gone

isnt hizen so low on the list because it hasnt been out much unlike the other ships? and probably not much people have it also german bbs could need an accuracy buff , often cant hit stuff in my bismarck 8 kms away lol shells are like meh i going that way like 75° to where you aim xD also i dont play dead eye because its reliant on concealment expert which i dont use too probably my fav t8 and t9 are alabama , iowa, bismarck and t7 scharnhorst -
missing - torp protection also 12km smoke penalty , isnt that a bit much concealment is quite high - try to hide this thing somewhere xD AA seems way too weak to me probably i battle this thing in my scharn and win xD
