same issue here with the BBs, at first i thought it had something to do with not having my usual crosshairs and needing to readjust to the default (havent got it to work yet with the new patch).
After getting used to the default crosshairs again i noticed something was still off regarding citadels and possibly dispersion... Punishing the cruiser who decides to turn a full broadside is everyday business, but after today... crossing all fingers and toes in the hopes of getting a single citadel even when someone is in spitting distance. I anticipated German cruisers and possibly the Atago to become harder to pen/cit, but after 3 Iowa salvos into a broadside pensacola(!) at medium-range doing 7-8'ish k damage/salvo and not hitting a single citadel, I knew something had to be off with other ships aswell. Overpenning i can understand, but this situation of not hitting a single citadel in this nearly perfect situation confirmed the awkward feeling regarding BBs today.
and lo and behold i came to check the forums about possible issues and see these kinds of posts around.
Mass paranoia... maybe, worth checking it out with training room tests... absolutely
