  1. It was a response to this video > HEAP has nothing to do with increasing HE damage and BB main battery HE shells can pen everything relevant already. As for cruisers, check out this out recent brawl with a Kagero in my Edinburgh. 31 secondary hits on the Kagero hull for no damage and only 447 fire damage. They're effectively useless and I needed to wait until my main guns had rotated 180 to sink the DD. However with HEAP the damage would average around 11,500, a significant chunk. Is it worth 4 points? Maybe, maybe not.
  2. Nope, the first line just looks at main battery guns. HEAP essentially nerfs Battleship main battery HE shells (who cares) but greatly increases secondary HE damage output. How fast does a Cleveland melt under Bismarck secondaries? With HEAP a DM would be damaged to almost the same extent.   6. Nah. Yolo cap and wreck all the DDs. Fun times. Here's what it feels like, sitting in smoke with Radio Position Finding and no-one to spot for you. (could we have pulse rifle sound effects for the Minotaur please?)

    I think Leberecht Maass is amazing, one of my fav DDs in the game. WG have done a great job of balancing all the tier 7 DDs, assuming they remove or nerf Shiratsuyus torp reload booster. Can't wait for the free reset for my Z-1 and Z-23 captains, not having last stand is super punishing.

AFT is useless. The 150mm guns are very accurate at 10km. (Shame you can't use AFT) The 127mm guns are similar to IJN guns at long range, maybe a touch better. AFT is desirable but not essential. (I think the T9/10 have the same arcs as the rest)

  11. Potato finder will tell you when, where and the speed of anyone/group closing in to flank. (DD, cruiser, stealth BB etc) That's the one of the most important elements of any PvP base capture gameplay ...giving players this info is way OTT. Yep, RU DDs will take AFT over CE.

  13. Radio position finding isn't suitable for the majority of retard battleship players, it only makes good BB players even more unbeatable. Hopefully they'll see sense before it goes live.

    The extreme bloom (and shot duration smoke) is to reduce hydro zerg effectiveness, not just long range HE stealth spam.

    There's been a ton of premiums buzzing around in fancy camo recently. Great marketing by WG, a lottery for broken premiums. I spent £5 on 2 tickets. No visit to the Gremy factory this year but the 2 chocolate bars sure tasted good (80 Ocean Soul camo)

Ernst Gaede 127mm 3.40 4.95 6.78 Mahan 127mm AP 3.68 5.42 7.65 Mahan 127mm HE 3.71 5.47 7.74 They're actually quite good, 1 -1.5 seconds quicker to 10km than US 127mm guns.

    Here's some HE stats. Z-52 is the least impressive but you can play it like a HE spammer if that's your bag. Destroyer HE DPM Fires per minute Fires per minute (with DE) Z-52 16,548 1.9 2.7 Gearing 22,275 1.7 2.9 Khabarovsk 20,160 2.3 3.2 Daring 23,760 2.9 4.2 HE DPM = Shooting DDs at optimal gun range. Fires per minute = Shooting T10 BBs maintaining a 50% hit rate. Personally I'd rank them in this order. 1. SE. Useful 90% of the time. 2. DE. Useful 70% of the time. You'll be sneaking around for hydro/torps most of the time and KM smoke is rubbish. 3. AFT. Z-52 already has a 12km range, more than enough. DDs are usually the first to spot T10 planes at ~4km making long range AA useless. 4. Manual AA. Only useful in specific (and janky) 3x4 AA support builds.

    It's a large, slow Mutsuki with a 7km surface detection and terrible smoke.

    Malta grand harbour >>> Gibraltar. Personally I like London. It's chaotic, messy with tons of character. Liverpool was Britain’s main convoy port and Western Approaches Command in WW2 > http://www.liverpoolwarmuseum.co.uk/ Certainly that's worth a port model too.

    T2 is amazing, like all T2 destroyers. T3 is a bit average, like all T3 destroyers. T4 is amazing, like all T4 destroyers. T5 maybe the worst destroyer, per tier, in the game?
