Yes, they're AI controlled ships for the Dunkirk operation. They'll never be playable, although we can use the info to guess where they might go. Cyclone has tier 3 10mm plating. Tier 4-5 destroyers get 13-15mm over the engines, it could mean the Bourrasque class is tier 3 or it's tier 4 and weak armour is a French destroyer national trait (or the model isn't finished) Anthony has 16mm armour placing it firmly at tier 6. We can safely assume it's the tier 6 'A-hull' with stock 6km torpedoes, like Hatsuharu.

Even with a full AA build Bellerophon has zero chance to shoot down a single tier 4 bomber before they drop.

Apparently survivability of all aircraft is adjusted so that a tight group of tier 4-6 destroyers can fight them off. Anthony gets a dAA to prevent it getting instantly wiped out (esp if docked, smoke would be rather silly) ...but this should go in the Dunkirk Operation thread. Back to the RN BBs! It looks like a AI bot for helping players agasint planes during the operation and might even be permanently docked where you pick up the soldiers (and get blown up??) Orion looks amazing, she can pump out more fires than Ishizuchi.

Don't use this captain for higher tier RN CLs. Minotaur guns traverse at 4.74s, increasing it by 1°/sec gives you an extra 1/10th of a second. I.e. nothing, your wasting 2 points. On Leander, Fiji, Belfast and Edinburgh he'll reduce it from 25.7s to 22.5s, compared to 23.5s for normal EM. That's not too bad. Perth is the ideal boat for this guy.

There's new RN commander as a reward for operation Dynamo. Smoke Expertise increases 30% smoke radius. Jack of All Trade reduces 10% reload time for all consumables. Marksman increases the rotation speed for small-caliber guns by 3°/sec and large-caliber guns by 1°/sec.

The two tier 5 DDs look like bots for a Dunkirk campaign. Tier 4-6 RN BBs have been leaked too. As usual, bad AP, OP HE.

The difference is minimal, they'll only loose 1-2 more agasint a full AA spec US BB compared to a Shokaku Looks like PoW is being added as a tier 7 premium too.
