Well, I recorded my highest BB damage record in a completely stock KGV with tier 9 MM, including 500+ Tirpitz/Bismarck games. It's a really, really good tier 8 BB.

QE has better firing angles (20+ degrees) to make up for a normal turning circle and turret traverse. 72s is fine. You don't get Iron Duke HE spam or Warspite AP delete button. But the AA is amazing, AP is still strong and HE is very good. QE will be better for 7v7 with a CV and CV heavy random battle meta.

Try getting hit with ~30 Iron Duke/Orion HE shells all at once. My angled QE got deleted. Send help!

The only problem is these low tier 10 gun monsters, Orion and Iron Duke HE needs nerfing. All the rest are fine, I'd drop QE HE for Warspite AP in a heartbeat. Although it's kinda cool watching a tier 5 BB beat up burn down tier 7 BBs with ease.

It's a massive buff to all CV players. 5 v 5 RN BB MM and no one has any AA left after 5 minutes.

A to H are functionally identical, at tier 6 they'd have IX torpedoes. I suspect the RN tech tree torpedo boats will get the mid range setting, like Campbeltown. How does Anthony with 10km, 57 knot Mk IX torpedoes sound? (The torpedo acceleration captain skill turns her into Gallant)

It's just a guess based on Jian Wei and the other WW1 tier 5 DDs. Jian Wei is a gunboat leader well balanced agasint Podvoisky and Nicholas. (The only 'real' leader at tier 5) 5 x 120mm Mk I guns with a 10 second reload. 6km powerful cruiser torpedoes (highest alpha at tier 5) 6km surface detection (with CE and camo). The tier 5 RN torpedo boat will be balanced agasint Minekaze, Mutsuki and T-22. 4 x ?? guns (120mm BL like Minekaze or low velocity 102mm Mk V guns like T-22. Both are already in the game, take your pick) 7-8km torpedoes (less alpha damage than type 8, possibly a Mk V variant) 5.6km - 5.8km surface detection (with CE and camo) V or W seem fine, Ambuscade and Amazon are premium prototype candidates. Inter war destroyers with 4 x 120mm QF guns and quad launchers are far too powerful. All post WW1 fleet destroyers are now rightly placed at tier 6. Gadjah Mada is *****ing mental at tier 7. Forget it exists until WG drop a Kiev shaped nerf hammer on it. (remove a quintuple launcher, 6km torpedoes, 6.6km+ surface detection etc) It's only there to maintain Benson > Fletcher > Gearing progression. I'd take it over a 4 gun Benson any day of the week, even without the tier 8 concealment mod 1. 6.1km surface detection is good enough to beat the **** out of Ognavoi and Z-23. Any WEP with 2x4 9-10km IX torpedoes is perfect for tier 7, they won't even need supertesting looking at Gadjah Mada hull stats. The only thing we know is RN destroyers are not in production.

Duilio looks like it'll be a faster, stealthier Bayern with 10 Fuso style guns. Somewhere in between the super dreadnoughts and BCs like Renown and Mackensen. Fun! Going from Cesare to Duilio is no different than the jump from Orion to Iron Duke.

It's a full 1950s fantasy refit, everything is Soviet apart from the hull. AA is arguably better than Cleveland.

Just like Warspite. 10 guns at 30 degrees, all HE and a 5km range will make them fearsome brawlers. (Esp with a 26-28 knot speed, 11km concealment and high manoeuvrability) Giulio Cesare has OK tier 5 AA for self defence. Won't they be tier 6 with 135mm secondaries and much better 90mm/50 AA? Tier 5 Conte di Cavour, Giulio Cesare as premium. Tier 6 Andrea Doria, Caio Duilio as premium.

Arethusa is a rock solid Tier 5. This is a fantasy Soviet rebuild with Budyonny guns and Anshan torpedoes, plus gimmicks? WG have gone a bit mad though..

Please no Soviet radar WG! Deep water torpedoes and smoke is fine. 7.9km surface detection, 6 x Budyonny guns, 8km Anshan torpedoes and RN CL manoeuvrability will make it good regardless of gimmicks.

It's quite different. 6.6s reload with much better arcs make it a mini Belfast with torpedoes. (It has fairly bad AA too)

They're tiny, Dido-class will get a similar surface detection (~7km if they stick them at tier 8, hehehe) I guess the supercharged guns mean no smoke? Wait, are those are those Soviet 152mm guns? (and Anshan torpedoes)

Only Leander as a treat for helping me reach rank 1. Would buy for Fiji if they fixed the transparent sections. Will buy for QE, KGV and Gadjah Mada. Tier 8+ is too expensive.
