Armory in EU is missing a menuitem to Dockyard. I play both EU and NA, and its missing from EU client. Probably the menu on the left is gotten too long to display. This is probably the cause of the NEW sign shown in Port menu, never being able to open submenu to Dockyard directly from armory. Edit: The reason I can see this icon on NA, is that I haven't unlocked the Research Bureau there yet. So this problem is probably present on all servers. Armory EU: Armory NA:
