Bearing in mind the number of torps, against stationary bb's can imagine it would cause some mayhem regardless of the damage inflicted, BB's camping behind islands could be fun, scare them into moving with torps then blap with main guns as they run

Yeah don't know if return time has anything to do with it, like with cv's, but I must admit I wasn't keeping a close watch so prepared to be proven wrong

Yep, was my impression too, thin out the CL's and dd's with guns and late game use planes with guns to finish off BB's and CV's

Depends if you are hung up on win rates, besides if you are that way inclined you won't pick one of these. It's a fun ship that's all

Got one this morning, just for a laugh, and in before the ban if coming :), fun ship but not going to set the world on fire, biggest problem will probably be 2 in a div plus a cv, the torps might not do much damage and are 35 knots with no chance of speed boost but the number of them does look a bit intimidating when you first see them, and synchronised like in the Reddit video would be downright frightning. By the way my planes seemed to be ready in 1:30 ish from the start and seemed to be ready again after an attack in about 30 secs which I was not expecting

Problem is companies are obsessed with user engagement and want you to spend your life playing the game, getting to be a similar situation with Twitch, how they expect you to watch all this content and play the game is beyond me, like the latest giveaway captain, “just watch 4 hours of content”, really? You think anyone is actually watching, or just has it running on a tablet with the sound down, facing the wall lmao. Personally I think they are just reducing the time before people get fed up playing the game , watching the videos and move onto other things.

Yep “super Battleships” on the way too, played some other games where they continually upped the ante till it got ridiculous. Would be nice if they could give us a “Warships classic” mode where you could play games as they were a few years back without all the novelty crap.

Actually I was thinking more CL and BB AA, but consider a tier 6 ship will face up to tier 8 in games outside Scenarios and a Kidd would murder 3 planes easily Remember we are talking just 3 planes, not 3 squadrons. Having said that I was reading a thread on the US forum from Sea Raptor where someone said an Ise and 2 of the tier 8 hybrid cruisers in a test division caused a lot of trouble on the SE Asia server. Guess we will see once they are released how the average player does with them

Carries torpedo bombers to scout and attack like a carrier. Torpedo bombers have high speed for spotting. Cons: Carries the same guns as Fuso but with 4 less shells in a salvo. Long cool down time for squadron. Torpedo bomber squadrons are very small at full strength of 3 planes. As others have said I think the main issue will be the spotting, but it's neither one thing or the other, think it will be very frustrating to play, and those squadrons will disappear quickly if they venture near something with good AA. will be a nuisance if a member of a capable div though, with no team mates to support it in a random, much less so, look at the help the average cv gets in randoms lol

Long Range Torps I can kinda understand though you should be extra careful when launching them, what really grinds my gears is when you are in a rapid firing dd or cruiser and someone almost always coming from behind thinks "ok I can go A. Behind him", or B. I'll sail right into the field of fire between him and the target at close range and then cry like baby when I get hit because he should be focussing all his attention on me and not not the target!" Think this is more a Co Op thing as this happens constantly when I'm playing Japanese gunboats
