Well they did say they were coming back for coal and to be honest they are not the kind of ships people fell over themselves to get for steel, and I think RB points would be the same, coal sounds about right for them and would fill out the number of coal ships available which is overdue an update especially once Thunderer goes

Can't understand the whole "Kill Stealing" thing, if I cried every time someone finished off a low health ship I had been targeting I would be crying all day, no ship is reserved for anyone, it's just who finishes it off first, and I content myself with the fact that while someone may have 3 "kills" XP and damage wise I'm usually at the top of the end game results table whereas these guys who obsess on kills are either middle or bottom in most games. The aim is to cause damage, and yes sinking ships is a thing but it's not the end, causing damage gets you XP and is way more valuable than a few kill ribbons.

When they removed the Flint, Black and Neustrashimy they said they would be back for coal "not earlier than half a year" i.e. more than 6 months, been way longer than that now, but they are probably saving them for a lull:

Indeed, including "bulk packs" that cost more per unit than buying individually, or less contents and .99 cents, pence etc tagged on to every item. Noticed another thing with WG is when buying multiple crates, you often find in the armoury you will get one more crate than the external bundle but the overall price seems more because they are using Doubs in Armoury and cash outside. Update, for Black Friday seems the Armoury crates work out very slightly cheaper than those on the public site so my mistake but tricky doing different amounts and different means to buy them

tbh I wasn't expecting much, I'm just bored from being stuck in for the last few months and could spare the money for a gamble, but I'd urge people not to rely on the crates if you want ships, even for the more expensive ones, if you want Jean Bart B then just buy it, it will probably work out cheaper :) Only ship I didn't have in normal was the Sims so got the Sims B too just because it's cheaper than the normal one, even using a coupon Also remember the Black Ships missions for doubloons are for the normal version of that ship, not the one you are buying!!!!

Just bought x6 Premium crates, was rewarded with free xp, camo and premium time, best advice, if you want a particular black ship buy it, crates are the usual rip off, don't mind too much, I have all the normal current and past ships on offer in black, and I will use the stuff I got but don't expect any ships from Premium crates unless you are lucky.

Well earlier in the game we had a similar outcry when Tirpitz was released, many inexperienced players did buy it earning it the "Derpitz" nickname, but most of those players did git good over time and these days it's not so much a thing, and I must admit it's still a ship I like playing. With the sale of Tirpitz it was supposed to be "the end of the game" and would water down skill at tier 8, that didn't happen either.. The idea to have a requirement you must have one silver tier X is a good one

I'm not a big BB player, so my IJN BB line is currently at Amagi, so just out of curiosity I looked at how much it would cost me to coin Yamato, turns out to be 21,886 doubloons or 71.99 Euros, will grind it all in good time but if you absolutely must have Yamato it's probably a lot cheaper to coin it rather than buy the rip off package, I also have the HSF Yamato camo already which I prefer anyway

According to this from Mountbatten apparently a lot of the ARP Yamato's have sold to people with sub 500 game in WOWS: I have seen in game this morning 2 people so far with them, neither did ok, one was in CO OP and the human ARP Yamato was sunk by his bot counterpart, so it looks like the fears are real

Just make sure you don't grind too hard and get sore, it will be fine

Recently did the same but for Watchdogs Legion, only went Gold Edition but still had hours of play already, don't think I'd get as much fun from a re-skinned Yammy

I don't have a real problem with WG selling tier X premiums, as you say there have been ways of coining Tier X ships for some time, and the "Admiral" ship bundles are normally in excess of 100 euros for lower tier ships, what is an arm twist though is the UU only being in the "Arp Flagship" bundle, I don't see it in the RB unique upgrades section, and you can bet the normal Yamato one isn't compatible, so it's either "buy this package or go without"

10 point captain and legendary are in the Flagship bundle which is 184.06 Euros 55,950 dubs, ship alone has only 3 point captain and a mission So yeah pretty mean, some signals wouldn't have killed them

If I was in a position to coin almost 200 euros on a ship I'd probably go the bit extra and coin free XP for a Smaland before it goes, would probably play that more, and have more fun
