I can't log in , stuck on Waiting for Authorization. Tried ipconfig /flushdns in cmd didn't work. Tried setting vpn to different regions didn't work tried disconnecting vpn didn't work. I have only just signed up for the PT server and unable to get in.

CV's are useless now, the aircraft is AA fodder I want to refund my CV's along with the 158.000 freexp I used to purchase 1 of them. -

I agree worst ever. I was in a battle where we had 2 CV's and the enemy had 0 CV's in a game before this patch the team with 2 CV's was a sure win but with this patch we lost because the CV's could not hit 1 target, all aircraft destroyed before launching weapons. they need to go back to the old system where you could launch all your squads and have a 50% chance of hitting your target with a higher chance if you used the manual aiming controls. Now you have a 10% chance of hitting anything and if there is a group of ships together best to just sail around and save your aircraft or enable ramming mode as you have more chance of hitting a ship that way. -

They have killed of the use of CV's with this stupid update. I have no idea who came up with the idea of flying your own aircraft when it takes off and only being able to use 1 squad at a time. Please tell me on which CV irl does the captain fly his own aircraft into battle. I'm all for adding new types of aircraft but please put the controls back to what they was, Any aircraft carrier in the world can launch more that 1 type of aircraft at any one time. I have now played 4 or 5 battles using a CV and only managed to hit 1 bb with 1 torp but my aircraft got destroyed after they launched, all my other attacks my aircraft was destroyed on attack runs. Can I have a full refund on these useless CV's now along with the Free XP I used to purchase 1 of them ? i'm not going to use them anymore as they are now useless and you can back them up properly with fighter planes. -

i get what he says. DD's seem to have a cloaking device, I mean i'm no optician but I think that if the DD is in your range and in open water they should not just disappear, that is what they have smoke for so they can hide and run. I have a Kumar with sonar and to me the sonar is a waste of XP because I find it does not do what it says. The sonar is supposed to give you extra spotting range for DD's and able to spot them in smoke also alert you earlier to the danger of torps, what I find is that the sonar does neither. Everthing seems to be as if it wasn't active so I think that the devs need to look into this and fix it so DD's can't hide so easy when a CC's has sonar active. A CC's main role is to hunt out DD's and they seem to do a poor job at it. A DD's main job is to scout and hunt out BB's and CV's but they seem to be able to hunt and kill everything quite easy, this is a sign of an OP ship. CC's are supposed to be the DD's counter but it seems that this is not the case. this is the way I see it should be BB's counter CC's because of their range, armour and damage. CC's counter DD's because they have more armour more damage and torps along with sonar for better spotting. DD's counter BB's because of the ability to get in close to them and along with torps that do a ton of damage. CV's get counter by everything if they get in range. I was in a straight fight with a DD and my sonar was active, there was no smoke screen and no Islands it was open water and my Kumar could not spot him at 4km but every now and then ( when he fired a round ) he would reappear. for him to be visable all the time he had to be less than 4km away, so tell me what is the point of this so called sonar because as standard you spot DD's at 4km or less away. Also I have noticed that US planes are a lot more powerfull than Jap planes I had 2x fighters fighting 1 x Langley fighters and my fighters lost I also find that the jap torp planes don't do as much damage as the USA counterparts. Also USA torps bombers can even shoot down Jap fighters quite easy but Jap Torp bombers won't kill a single USA fighter, and yes I do have the expert rear gunner upgrade and the dogfighting expert upgrade. so I see it there are still a lot wrong with this game just as much was WOT and WOP which is why I don't play them any more, I thought this game would be different but it seems that wargaming don't learn by their mistakes, I see me in the future leaving this game too. the other thing I have noticed is if you take a hit and causes one of your ships components to be damaged when you hit repair and its going through the repair sequence if you take another hit while its repairing the same component gets damaged again rendering the repair useless. if your ship is in the repair process no components should get damaged until the repair process has finished, I have been killed so many times because of that, either taking out my engine or my steering making me an easier target and unable to do anything until the cool down has finished which by the time that has happened your dead. -
Are we going to see British , German And Russian ships that we can get in game or is it only going to be USA and Japanese ships that you can purchase through XP. As this is World Of Warships I think we should see other major nations that played a part in WW1 and WW2, Otherwise it should be called Pearl Harbour and not World Of Warships. To select other nations you could just have their flag as an icon on the port screen and when you click it you get the ships that you have purchased for that Nation.

I disagree with torps being OP in real life if a ship gets torped it causes havock or even sinks that ship but as for destroyers disappearing and reappearing I agree I have played games where a destroyer is in well within my range and sights then all of a sudden its gone then it drops torps and reappears. I agree that if the ship is just on your range border then yes it can disappear but i'm talking that you have a range of 12km and the destroyer is roughly 5-6km away from you, if the ship is well within your range then they should not disappear the way they do unless it has smoke cover or its a bad foggy day. lets face it we are playing a game with warships which are equipped for finding other warships for example a battleship will have better radar for finding things like destroyers, so if you are in a battleship and the destroyer comes in your range / view it should not just disappear from sight unless it hides behind an island or drops a smoke screen. I play all types of ships and even in my battleship I have seen a destroyer disappear at 5km and then reappear at 4km only to drop his torps and make a run for it and no there was no island or smoke. Destroyers are mainly for scouting and getting in close and dealing some real damage with torps, they have the capability to weave in and out of other torps and shell fire, they don't need a cloaking device to get right up in your face. Any way that's that rant over here is an idea. Instead of just having a captain why not have engineers and gunners too they can level up their skills Engineers for repairs and gunners for shot accuracy and damage lower tiers could have 1 captain 1 engineer and 1 gunner and when you get to lets say T9 you then need 2 or 3 gunners which you would buy the extra gunners with the ingame credits. The ships will still operate with 1 gunner but with 2 or 3 the load times are reduced and the accuracy is better and for Aircraft carriers the gunners can be replaced with pilots (6 pilots) which increase the accuracy of torps , bombers and fighters. just throwing that idea out there
