Just have a hunch that this ship might be the next Gremy or Kamikaze... So better safe than sorry.

Bretagne and beyond great ships.. Most fun Alsace its still strong after the nerf.. Best part fully specked secondary commander fits perfectly on the Gastogne. Perfect for farming close quarters expert flags.

Besides that any ship which require IFHE by default must have DE, just to offset the IFHE perk That's 7 points which are more or less mandatory for light cruisers... If anything should be changed it should be removing the fire nerf from IFHE completely. Its a lot of points just to get the ship function
