Totally agrees don't make sense to learn how to go full broadside in a cruiser just because its a light one.

Most T-V cruisers can be citadeled through the front or rear with 203mm AP. problems with overpens starts when they show broadsides.

I think I can see a pattern of which ships is going to be compensated in doubloons. Last known to my knowledge is Dreadnought, Prinz Eittel Friedrich and now Exeter. This seems to indicate that ships you can get for free by grinding some missions will be compensated in doubloons if you have these in your port. All other ordinary Premium ships are compensated in silver... I can be wrong though, but this is what I have noticed so far.

Listen its not much more different than you buy, say a ticket for a movie and a month later you win a ticket for the same movie in a raffle, and expect to get your first ticket refunded.

Do you buy a premium ship for enjoyment or do you buy it for a potential refund in doubloons?? I'm paying them cash for a product I can use.

They don't have to compensate anything..Just because you win an item you already got. That they do is just a nice gesture. Don't think a minute they are obligated to do it from a legal perspective.

Yep good luck if you end in a T-VIII match.. Only thing you can do is to go after isolated lower tier ships. Forget the T-VIII's unless your team have stripped them of AA mounts. Don't know how they even consider this a fair balance??
