Hi all, Currently I have 8 Guineas and 130 Sovereigns. (I dont think I was in hall of fame I just got 2 extra containers. I also got T5 Acasta mission) Do you think this amount is normal or am I lacking? Would like to know if I could grind up to 240 Sovereigns and 45 Guineas by playing normally (wo HoF). Thanks.

Seattle is great. Faster reload, heal, more HP, better AA, better radar... It's not an upgrade as other lines get from T8 to 9 but Cleveland is already too strong for it's tier. IMO if you perform well with Cleve you do better with Seattle. If you don't perform with Seattle you will most probably suffer Wooster. OFC there might be exceptions:

Yes it is. Yet another tip: Keep your priority target number as high as possible. You attract the pissed off BBs shooting at you instead of ur teammates. You have it as high as 6: you are the king. It is 0 but you farm fire damage: you are useless.

To clarify the term "Ower Powered" for you let me give you an example: Imagine a Khabarovsk with Yamato guns mounted on it. Add to those guns Gearing ROF. Add the ship Fletcher maneuverability. And increase the 50mm armour plating to 450mm. Does that give you a sense of an OP ship?
