How to change server from WOW NA to WOW EU?

i downloaded this game when it went beta, i did not see any place to set my location, and now i am stuck in a European server (EU) I live in the United States, and want to be able to play with my friends in the NA server.. how do i switch the server I have already had to reset my game once so i was not using my world of tanks name.. i would prefer not to have to do this again thanks.
