I've never really run out of birds in the Saipan. She has enough I've found. Hiryu vs the Saipan is the eternal grudge match...

The issue is the Ranger. USN CV probably needs a re work. Saipan is more like an IJN CV.

I'm half tempted to reskill my Iowa captain to my Saipan but I love having a huge T9 BB with cruiser level detection...

That's "balance". 15 point captains have op 4 fighter squadrons...

I bought mine on the CV discount weekend. Getting OK at using it now. Wait until the next discount and profit.

Once you can use it, the Saipan is just better... I lick my lips when I see an enemy Ranger in the MM.

Don't you want to play that robot game WG are making!?! The fact WG have different departments for each region should mean their customer service shouldn't be too bad. Seems like they would do better with just sporadic news releases and simultaneous world wide releases straight from Russia... Would be a bit faceless but would be no release or event complaints and WG might save money on staff wages!!!

Find out when you've got a lot of time to play and buy Prem for then. Even if it's more cost effective to buy for a year... I've has two months of Prem and I've got over 60 million credits ready for German BB.

True, need to be a lot more conservative with Ryujo. You prefer Strike or AS? Dual torp bombers have been a staple of IJN CVs for me... Zuiho is a God amongst lesser ships at same tier games. Pretty much everything outside of Texas just die.

I recently upgraded to a Ryujo from the Zuiho. The experience is utterly miserable... Almost everything on the table can damage your planes and the reserve runs out real fast. Zuiho seems to be in a sweet spot in terms of MM and the Saipan (the Hiryu too I imagine) is entirely playable around her tier but T6 CV is horrid. T6 seems a very congested place right now, worse of all worlds...

What?! I know there's a market in Asia (hence Lo Yang and Ashan) but an entire Chinese Tech Tree?! I know trees make paper but still!

USN BB was my first line of ships I really got into playing. Recently bought an SC and it was as derpy as I remember. The lowest I'd go in a BB now is T5 as under then they have too many glaring weaknesses such as gun range or generally bad characteristics.

The rage on the German side of the forum seems to be getting a bit out of hand with the WG co ordinator wading in People who don't understand the outrage should consider this, we're paying customers and yeah there should be a sense of entitlement as a Prem Ship is essentially the price of a big AAA title. No one is asking for discounts or preferred treatment, just the right to spend our hard earned money the same time as the rest of the community.

I doubt we'll see the Scharn before tomorrow (if not something stupid like the weekend or beyond) as our weekend "offer" of a cheaper Warspite and Molotov is still running....

I saw one dragged into a T7 game a few days ago, needless to say he blew up almost straight away and finished bottom...

Typical WG, unless it's released for EU later today it's just another slap in the face. If it was a USN ship then I might understand. German vessel, released late to European players...

ATSF is a great player, obviously his videos are entertainment and I'd wager he's messed up as much as he's pulled off some of those crazy stunts. Torps are usable in the Tirp. You just need to know your moments...

I don't see why WG would find it logical to release the Scharn and German BB all on the same day...

Meanwhile there is a thread about a kid who thinks torps are op and BB need buffs pls... I don't find BB gameplay boring. I imagine a chunk of BB players wouldn't be playing this game if they were not in the game. I wouldn't be playing WOWS if it was Cruisers and smaller only.

The tier of the planes even show up on the squadrons themselves... Take dogfighting expert if it bothers you that much.
