I wonder if people are playing a different ship. Konig has serious penetration issues, I don't recall getting even one citadel vs another BB. I've even had one game where I was closing on a Colo that literally bounced everything i threw at it... Unless it's a Scharn then a BB is about the power it can bring in each individual salvo. 10 barrels of 305mm or whatever is awful when up tiered. At least 356mm on the other T5 BB have real damage potential vs anything they might face. Gnesi is a thing of beauty. 6x380mm works for me.

I must be one of a few who don't like the Konig. It's guns are plentiful yes but feel so weak vs other BB. Kongo still the best T5 BB

Haven't yet grinded out a Gnesi but I'm a fairly experienced BB player and I find the accuracy on most ships is perfectly workable. Even"bad" dispersion ships like the Scharn and some USN ships will hit their targets on demand. If BB were ultra accurate at all ranges then other classes would be unplayable. A BB can reduce a cruiser within 15km to nothing in a few salvos easily... Or put enough of a dent in them that they need to run away. -

A Prem account for a week or a month isn't hugely expensive. You should have a lot to show for it if you play often whilst it's active... -
So far the Scharn feels insane. Just don't shoot until sub 15km or when detected. Pick your BB targets then drive at them. Her AP shells do fine work at close range. Maybe it's the weekend rush but I've got consistently good results in her. You could say it's an in between ship but it definitely had BB grade armour. I want to still prefer my Tirp but might change my mind...

I skipped the upgrade to T4 from T3 and the entire T4 ship to T5. Konig seems fine. Will be playing it without free XP except for maybe Hull A from now on.

It looks monstrously long. A Kongo is pretty long too but atleast it has something resembling fair AA defence so you've got half a chance at fighting off a derping torp bomber attack! -

I have a lot of free XP to blow and I'm tempted to skip the lower tiers as when I try to find a Nassu game I see 450+ BB in the queue...

I'd still consider buying this, even though it looks like it sucks hard from all the reviews. Ships like the Gnesi, CV and all torp DDs around her tier would farm her... -
My friend got a refund on the Saipan but he didn't play it at all. Now why he bought it in the first place is another question for another time!! Some argue that broadsided cruisers are actually safer because more will over pen. Extremely dangerous game if you ask me. Slightly angled cruisers often get better hits yeah

True as you need to know when it's time to bug out in the Warspite.... I'm keen to try the German BB, although I'm happy to grind without free XP. Hope the Nerf Hammer isn't used before I get to the higher tiers!!

Warspite has zombie flesh levels of health regeneration. Especially with Prem Consumables.

100k damage first game I used her. Feels good. Bounced an epic amount of shells off her armour. Hope to get some decent games in before nerf

Lel.... I hope you're not shooting at 19km... Wait until you're detected then start firing. Her guns perform fine at close range.

I could never get her AP going unless it was sub 10km and then you are at risk of being close range rekted. I used to snipe with HE and avoid open battles. Cruisers aren't my main class however...

I'm really looking forward to unlocking Gen Izer NAU 3/4 of a Tirp's firepower potentially against T5 BB will be entertaining.

I can only recall two detonations in BB. Once in an Iowa and other in a Tirp. Both were via a torp striking me under the turret. Both were my own fault for turning badly... -

Great ship, only had two games in her but I play a lot of BB. Guns a little weak but you get 3 salvos per minute instead of two.Great armour when angled, generally very strong all round. I feel bad for Jingles as he couldn't get her AP working...

High tier planes hurt my Iowa when the cruisers have no defensive fire or they're all dead. If they all enter the AA zone and they don't hang around then they will do damage.
