WOWS hates high fps, even when unlocked... I'm rocking a 1070 which I actually bought for this game. I have no idea why as the R9 290 was fine before...

I really like this ship. Punchy guns, accuracy is fine but takes no prisoners due to only 6 guns. None of that NC/NM shotgun general direction shooting. I'll be going back to her after S5 ends.

Solid tips, although I wonder how much of the MM stuff is just luck/own presumptions about queues and MM. I've been the opposition of a Super Unicum CV twice in a row so maybe there is merit to it! The amount of folk who detonate in Ranked matches even at the Premier League tho!! I'd add if you see CV in a queue as a cruiser then instantly quit it and equip Defensive AA.

Oh yes, don't play quick fire games with different classes. Will only lose stars by chasing losses that way. I've moved around the 3 main classes as I understand them all. Don't use Ranked to learn basic stuff!!!

I've gone from Bismarck to Benson for First League and finally Atago for my final push to R1. Atago is the ship of choice to me. Deadly to every foe except planes.

I'm feeling that pain... Although I find Ranked as one sided as Random Battles and maybe more so. Rarely anything fair, one team almost always gets faced rolled, once there is a DD advantage the majority of winning teams know how to press the advantage home...

The whole stats argument.... Most of us learnt the game by yoloing a bit so it'll take awhile to recover. Unless someone's stats are all deep in the red that is!! Anyone is only as good as their last game anyway

I've seen a few Belfast videos and read alot on it too. Doesn't seem quite as good as the Atago I'm currently using in Ranked. The RN ship seems too specialised and will come unstuck vs bigger ships. Atago can pretty much handle anything the game has to throw, or atleast a chance at hurting it...

I guess most of us are never going to win something decent. Closest we'll come to something good is seeing a fat bearded guy on a gif make a face as he's just won a Nikolai..

The real Wall is at Rank 5 to 1.... I've been R5 for quite awhile and my best is R4 +2.

No one has to get the Try Your Luck containers. If you're bothered by the lol pwnt chance of getting anything other than 5 flags then go for some of the other rewards. I've got no need for credits or any of the other sure fire rewards so I'll keep rolling the 1% (or is it 2%!?) chance.

The last time I was down in the First League I saw that StarBuckFlying guy in an F***KING Lex with STRIKE setup... He was on my team too Thankfully the rest of the team carried him through and we won....

Well done sir I'm stuck at around R4/R5. Fallen to as low as R7 on occasion. Jesus the First League is utter hell now, the standard of play there....!!! I vow NEVER to play Ranked again if I hit R1. The constant yolo pain is insane, one bad player (usually a DD) can spell doom for your team and that's a star you'll never get

I love the RL ship, been there and seen it plenty of times as I live in London. Not sure if I want a squishy T7 cruiser when BB are so dangerous at that tier. I could spend the £ visiting her again and see the money go towards her upkeep rather than give it to some Russian dude who will spend it on that robot game

Free XP a Bismarck, get a 15 point captain and a full secondary build. Laugh as you obliterate any BB at T8 or less as you drive at them heavily angled bouncing their shells whilst cooking sausages on their BB decks.
