Well she'll always be slow and the armour isn't "that" much better than on the Nagato. Biggest problem is probably the speed yes. BB power creep has pushed the expectation of higher tier BB to do 25knots + (even 30 knots).

Good, then you've learnt from it. Does suck when team mates catch torps but it's better just not to launch sometimes...

You can't predict how others will play. But you can influence your own game by taking more care when launching torps... This scenario may never need to happen again, however it's down to you

Most stock Hulls are very bad yes. I'd consider free XP to Hull B unless you're saving it all for that overpriced Iowa Prem!!

Yeah, that part is a bit mean if WG. Any team damage increases the amount of pink games. I'm sure ppl troll pink players by ramming them at the start!

I do not feel you can speak on behalf of the guy who you team killed. Were you playing the game from their perspective also? Who are you to say they could have gone in another direction safely? Your torps might have been in exactly the place they wanted to go to in order to set something up. Finally even if you are right and they could have evaded them. The fact remains you've still launched something into the water that kills the first thing it touches. Green or Red alike.... (I lol if they've steered into them on purpose, don't give someone that opportunity to troll you)

I wouldn't get closer to a DD in the Naga unless you've got a full secondary build and if you know for a fact they've just shot all their fishes. Better served with the main gun accuracy module imo.

Even so guys, that raises the R1 figure to about 5%. Still a fairly exclusive club

Someone killed me in my Mutsuki last night. Was a first blood team kill technically... He was second line, I turned sharply in a cap to line up torps against an enemy BB. Cost me a dragon flag as well as the 100% xp camo and am the other buffs... Launcher always takes full responsibility. If there is any doubt simply don't launch.

Hey I've got no issues with ARP stuff. I've got enough free port slots from it for at least two lines of future ships (assuming a low, mid and high tier keeper on each line)

Whilst the Atago offers crew training and better credits earning potential if the Takao was out first then I wouldn't have paid the £30 or so for the Atago. As the Atago is the only high tier IJN cruiser I ever intend on using and I don't need the credits as I've got plenty of other earners.

I guess I can understand some of the rage as the Atago is one of the most expensive Prem ships in the game and now everyone can have one...

if I could push through to R1 in under 200 games then the grind might not feel as bad but we'll see! 400 was a huge time sink... I looked up Season 5 stats and just under 2% of all Ranked players have hit R1. About 500 out of 26,000.

I've got an Atago and I couldn't care less about the Takao. In fact I'd wager it messed up alot of people in Ranked as I really doubt any who took it into this season's games knew what they were doing with a new ship.

Yeah you do learn an awful lot, like how to stay alive at all costs. If I do play other seasons though I may not be as keen to push to R1 though and might just play to keep my skills honest!

oh I'd love to think so too. Over 400 games and my PR for Atago is fairly decent... I'll admit I haven't hard carried much but I've done my part

Cruiser play takes no prisoners as you can get smashed by showing even a very steep angle. Again, I'm a BB player. How come I found Ranked more fruitful in an Atago than my Bismarck? So fruitful I hit R1 with a ship I've barely used until Season 5?
