A Strike Ranger tried to come for me, he lost 19 planes and did almost no damage. My float fighters and Manual AA saw him off with ease...

Whilst Flamu only likes OP ships, he seems correct here. No real reason to get it if you've already got an NC. Says get Prem camo for NC and save money or even better, don't even get Prem camo and get credits elsewhere!

Well vs T10 you'll be farmed regardless, Hakaryu farms all but that's partly because the players who use them are usually pretty good. You'll hurt T9 CVs but you better hope your fighters are circling in the right place! Still, if you're in a fleet then the extra AA you put out will help yourself and everyone else out. I say take Manual AA, it benefits German ships more than most other BBs as the majority of their umbrella is from high calibre AA guns.

I found most of this true too. IFHE makes Naga and Colo almost unplayable because of the insane damage they take. They literally melt under Belfast fire... Scharn was the strongest BB because of the volume of shells you could spam at the enemy. Especially when using AR and you're low HP, it reloads in about 20 seconds!

Still trash, i re-bought recently and re-sold just as fast. Tolerable if you "had" to but why would you when there are far better ships in the IJN BB line to play.

Manual AA for me, you literally become a floating fortress when you're top tier. Very few things other than mass focus fire can challenge you.

EU has too many players who spend too much money. If our server emptied out WG would have to start giving out easy gifts.

We were given free ships yes but anyone who already has a Udaloi would already own those lower tier equivalents and may have moved upwards anyway. The credits compensation are irrelevant to most who own high tier ships too. I'm essentially 85k xp out of pocket and have spent the last week's worth of daily bonuses re training my Udaloi captain to where he belongs. I will likely grind slowly with weekend doubles, camps and flags. Won't be spending a thing. If I had it my way I'd rather WG have given me nothing except for my full fat Udaloi and removed the rest of the tree's progress. My issue as is probably the case with others is a T9 ship that's fully upgraded is quite a time sink so it's a bit galling to have it taken away. I'm not really bothered over it anyway, I don't main Russian DDs.

IJN DDs are weaker in gun firepower than the others but they're still to be respected yes. I wouldn't challenge one without backup in Ranked unless i knew it was low hp or it was a clutch situation and i was a 19 point Captain Sims. Or I had the jump on them and could slice down most of their HP before it's guns were turned.

A Pan Asian BB line would make RU BBs seem hyper realistic. They could be things like refloated and buffed IJN BBs the post war Chinese have upgraded

Sims can't solo anyway. It's equipped to team play and not go alone

Simplified but yes, Sims XP multiplier is the real P2W this season not Belfast smoke. You still need to understand Ranked meta and support your team at all costs though! Plenty have made it who haven't been using the Sims however. I think I'm still fairly high on the Ranked leaderboard with the Sims actually

My PR and average damage this season look awful yet I got to R1 in 150 games in the Sims after 150 genres of trying to find my way with Belfast, BBs and other lol boats.

Ranger WR in Ranked is dire, same fail category as Yorck and USN cruisers.

WG logic, we should be all familiar with it by now. Next step is the ST feedback being ignored, then likewise with community contributors and finally some double speak rubbish from one of WG EU staff on here saying everything is fine

Interesting how low those ship numbers are, especially the AGS... I haven't played more than a handful of Shino games, I'm probably spoilt as I haven't grinded the nerfed IJN line and only own Shira and Aki...

Removing ALL Irrevocable ranks may fix this... A better player said to me that when you're ready to progress in Ranked then you will. He's pretty much right, every game you lose ask yourself if you could have done better. Granted there is a portion of games you literally cannot do anything about, that's arguable from anywhere between 25% to 40%+ of games but there are plenty you can influence.

Albert is a nice little ship but only in small doses, like the Nikolai but far less op. Don't lose sleep if Albert doesn't turn up again though. Ishiz is "okay", lots of fun as a quick loading HE spam boat but T5 BBs will farm you every time. Kongo is your boogeyman

There were preliminary ST notes saying T4 & T5 CVs lose alt fire which really makes no sense. No strafe or manual drops... Imagine being a T5 CV in a T7 MM lol... Might as well go afk.
