That's true. As most higher tier maps have huge wide open spaces that encourages BBs to camp and snipe from long range. Tears of the Desert, Mountain Range, Atlantic and Okinawa special mentions for open water camping off the top of my head...

Urgh... I just read the camo bonus properly. Free XP buff... Like the New Year's one but worse. I have over 2 thousand of the NY camo still and they're fine on ships that don't care about concealment. I don't have enough coin for 3 days camo and a speed boost module but I know if I get said module WG will give me another 5 via SC First World Problems...

WoT and WoWS can be enjoyed low cost. Just get blocks of Prem time and you'll do well enough earning XP and credits.

Partly OP's fault. Tell the guy first, typing SMOKE BRO and pinging map gives them every chance of reacting to it.

I'll give British a go after I've fully upgraded my wish list. WoT is quick and dirty, can easily play 2 or 3 games in the space of one ships game. Hetzer is a pain even with Derp power. I'll see how I take to Stug but T67 is accepted as strong and i see them perform very well in game.

British feels like pain... Medium Tanks with paper armour. And even stuff like the AT2 look awkward on paper. So far my list of tanks are Derp M4, T1, T34, IO Exp and KV1. Still need to unlock Stug and T67. That's enough to enjoy for awhile I think.

Yeah... Strangely I took up playing WoT instead of grinding this silly event. I'm grinding up to T5 with various tank types and intend to stay there. Not going to throw money at Prem Tanks and large amounts of gold.

I could actually do with a few more speed boost modules however I'd rather spend my coins on camos to buff my grinding as nowadays I barely play beyond the daily bonus in any one ship. Also I entirely expect to win a speed boost module or 4 in SCs. Currently on five Defensive AAs via SC plus the one I won from Ranked...

I'm sure Cleve armour has been nerfed, atleast the citadel has been enlarged I think. It used to be nearly impossible to hit. I remember using it as a battering ram against a Nagato once and the guy reported me for being a cheater as he couldn't blow me up

I have 475 and I've hardly played in the last week or so... Sorry WG but it was a rubbish event. "Missions" were a joke as you got them simply from playing, so there was no point in playing to a different style or a different ship etc. Whilst idiotic missions like Kraken or spotting DDs with a BB are bad you could have atleast have tried some creativity? Prizes are equally lol worthy, impossible goals for the Kami R when 2 years ago we could have all had one for a lot less grind. Stop pushing junk modules now seriously, I barely care about containers and almost think the old micro missions were preferable... What will I spend my coins on, do I even care...

Tanks has massively more players that Ships. EU has 2 servers, both of which have way more players even quite late at night than Ships at peak. WG have tried Team Battles and I don't think there was much interest.

Only need a 10 point one to rock so it doesn't take too long. Oh I'm in no rush due to WG's policy on nerfs, changes and events means I only ever grind the daily bonus. I'm still feeling the 85k xp sting from Udaloi spilt...

It actually works too. I'm rolling in my Edinburgh with radar instead of smoke. Plays like an Atlanta with better torps. It teaches you to be sneaky instead of using smoke and getting rekt because of the tiny cloud. Of course if you get Tears or that stupid map with the big islands between A and B then you're likely screwed...

You need to be awake to play Neptune. I've killed them in an Edinburgh, ambushed and killed with sAP before they could react.

WG are well know for doing excellent research then dropping the ball randomly They'd be a frustrating football team. Always getting to the final or 2nd place in the league and losing on penalties or fading out with injuries...

Playing on some sort of Alienware laptop in some scenic location would be fun yes... Sadly I think WG are too rich for a mere lottery win to buy them out Plus you think Victor actually sells shares in his precious company? Maybe they do?!

Even better are those weekly missions where you need x damage or x kills AND you need to survive. Literally sailing into a corner and not helping the team after hitting the target!

That's because WG literally can't have the game released in Germany if it had the actual swastika on the bow. Shame as all the Iron Cross things do spoil things slightly...

I did this in a Tirp. I went full yolo and somehow survived the battle... Just shows WG how erratic their missions are and don't reward consistent play.
