2500xp base is fairly hard even for Khaba. Problem is games finish too fast if you abuse her power too much

USN BBs specialise in AA. I always take AFT after CE and the AA range module. It's also the umbrella you can offer your team too, as 7.2km is quite the range so you can easily cover accompanying players. Still though, not many CV players nowadays no.... I don't do badly in higher tier USN BB without a full tank build however. I don't build for that in any BB as you're still in a 70k+ HP monster regardless.

Did it just now, Stage 4 and 5 took about 2 hrs tops with breaks etc. 5 torp hits and a good win appears strangely hard although more RNG than anything else. Was landing 5 to 7 hits most games but couldn't win and get the extra XP Finally did it in a Kagero with reload booster of all ships... 5th stage was easy, 1 Tirpitz game GG.

Well... Earlier there was about 25k players on the EU server. Meanwhile on WoT they had 130k players across two servers... WoT gets more players in the middle of the night than Ships at peak time

That's one thing this game gets right historically then! BBs in this game are overhyped and overshadow the work of smaller ships that do more than they do

WG develop this game pretty well in general. It's just their money grabbing nature leaves a bad taste in people's mouths. Maybe they need to pump us for large amounts of cash to get this game developed? -
WG are guilty of many things but they haven't ruined the Blys or changed her overall feel very much. Other ships have suffered from the SF removal far more...

It was a good looking figurehead ship, at arguably the height of the Dreadnaught era. Whether Hood actually lived up to the hype is debatable but blowing up in that way gives her a place in history.

Yes... I got into WoT recently and I made a conscious effort to work out how to get the most fun for as little money as possible because I don't trust WG not to mess it's players around.

True but the only stat that matters is WR, unlike WoT where damage nets you the most XP. -

It is rewarded in XP... Kill stealing gets you almost nothing unless you break a Kraken. -

We're a bit off topic now but T10 will disappoint you if it's BBs you're going for. I have all 3 and I barely play them. Top tier camping meta is futile and boring. The only T10 ship I really enjoy is the Khaba and even at T9 it's only Fletcher and FDG (I don't even like my Missouri!!!). T6 to T8 for most classes is what I like these days.

No, Pepsi is far better. It actually hits almost BB like vs other Cruisers which a Yorck will struggle to do.

I'm finding the RU Cruiser grind more comfortable than the RN one... I've got quite a lot of BB and HE cruiser experience so I find RU Cruisers easier to play. RN are more game changing but getting in close is extremely dangerous even if you know what you're doing.

The only thing amongst the new ships I find interesting is the Enterprise but I'm not 100% sure I can do T8 CVs justice although I do have a Shokaku. Kidd looks like a bad Fletcher. Russian DDs are the Destroyer Gun Police who keep all other DDs down. Most other DDs need their torps...

Whichever way you look at it, there's nothing about the top Hood bundle that can't be gained elsewhere for less money other than. A) Easier campaign grind. B) The Hood commemorative flag. All the other bits just cost credits or a bit of farming. In fact you could probably buy a lot of Prem time and Free XP lots of things although I'm only really after Prem time these days. That's a pretty big price to pay but if you've got the disposable income and really want you then do it....

Taking away Hood's historical significance. In game it's just a fast BB with Manual AA, nothing really special about it. Plenty of fast BB starting with the Kongo with representatives every tier from there on. I'd even think a Gnesi is a more effective BB...

True, the buff flags do look quite good but you're not going to be winning many. So an afternoon of potatoes can rob you of them if the PT rewards are anything to go by. There's not as much rage this time round. Seems like people are resigned to WG's poor PR/marketing or have simply stopped caring.

At this stage probably not. Lenin can buff train RU gunboats which have been expanded on since the release of Blys. However I still enjoy playing Polish Lightning personally.

Blys is excellent as a long range gunboat with a torp bote DD Div friend. They do the stealth torping and you do the long range HE spam. It's pretty effective and can hard carry vs the average team.

Remember the rumours Hood would be free? WG have reacted to that angrily by attempting to pump their players for money.

Na, what WG are saying is if you can't afford a Hood bundle then forget about the campaign and go do something else with your time. -
I don't even think I'll bother with the campaign if it's really grindly with rubbish rewards. Thing is, everything being sold is 50% too expensive. I'd imagine sales would shoot up if things were more reasonable.
