I think the issue with Foch and WG is that there is little sympathy for WG at all. If they were seen as generally fair and ethical with their games then they might have built up credit with the communities so we could have overlooked this whole legal action rubbish. Loads of Tank players on the forum seem hacked off and likewise on here re recent changes, Hood for dumb money etc. -

This is just a slightly less likely form of being torped in smoke. Best to be bow or stern in. Alternately I don't like using smoke at all unless it's from longer ranges. Anything at about 10km runs the risk of being torp saturated or a lucky salvo striking you.

I'm just glad I never intend to see T8 in WoT as it's top tier seems even more trash than ships... I am having a pretty good time in T5 and long may that continue. -
RN smoke puffs are not large. RN Cruisers are relatively big for something that can smoke. It's worth having a go and shooting into smoke if you see their trails and you've got no better a target. As RNG may give you a blessing. Cover from vision isn't always cover from fire. Accuse the guy if it makes you feel better. I'd have enjoyed the salt and milked it if I was the killer.

I played with him last week and he TKed someone right at the start for no reason. Report me for naming and shaming but there was literally no point as he attacked on at least two different occasions before any contact. We still won it too I think and I gave him a fair bit of abuse which I don't apologise for. Can send out replays if they still work post patch... -
You made one mistake... Khaba is fine but buying Prem camo for it? You trust WG not to move the goalposts again? My Bismarck and Aki perm camo are all but worthless these days...

I've only seen my team once this season and it was a cup game... Plenty of means to watch at low coat these days. £90 for Hood is a money grab but sadly it's worked. The amount in game shows that few are put off. What next? £200 for Roma?

It's too late now. If there were nerfs the whine would be deafening... I'd say raise citadels on all BB so they're more deadly to each other. That's half the problem, even 45% WR kids in BBs will survive a long time under fire.

BBs are weak as they can't push too well. But if everyone plays the sniper game then it just becomes a boring RNG shoot out. -
Yes you see them in every T7 MM. Usually multiple ones too. Is it me or is Hood everything that's wrong with BBs now? Weak guns but strong armour with rubbish torp protection promotes passive play which makes the BB issue worse...

I don't actually think Cruisers need any more buffs at all. Cruisers perform as they should when MM is sensible. Just a reduction in BBs is needed...

There's ways of being civil and criticising stuff. We all hate on WG and Russia all the time here but don't seem to incure bans. Maybe Foch was a little OTT but getting the KGB treatment was harsh. I also had to lie down for a moment as I saw Jingles dared to speak out against something controversial after his Xmas Convoy silence.- 217 replies

No issues in Shchors at the moment... Although BB meta massively harms any non sniping Cruiser.

The amount of Hoods WG has sold at £90 means we are well and truly screwed... The BB Apocalypse has arrived and now there's only pockets of DD and Cruiser resistance. Although what I can see happening is this will ruin the game as the casual wallet warriors will get bored and the experienced players become disillusioned by WGs awful balance and management.

I'm looking forward to RU DM. Having a good time in the Shchors, whatever the MM. The 15km+ play style suits the BB passive meta. Take PT, don't be first to shoot, stop firing when targeted and dodge until you slip into concealment again, pick a target and repeat for easy farming damage. Yes, you might occasionally take a massive cit but if you dodge it probably won't wipe you. That's when your picked AR skill punishes them more as BBs have RNG but you don't. Cycle around burning targets too and you CAN hit DDs at long range. That's all you need to do well in RU Cruisers. Just don't be greedy for the sake of one salvo. Stay alive... I'm enjoying it so much that I'll likely get Moskva first over Minotaur even tho i started the grind a tier lower.

Vs other Cruisers yes, but woe if you try to angle vs a T9 BB. All you do is give them less over pens. That's how Devastating Strikes happen

Likewise in RU Cruisers. I'm averaging 100k damage in Shchors, will take out Kutuzov later and farm.

We are looking into reducing the BB population... BUT ARE GIVING EVERYONE THE ABILITY TO GET A FREE TIER 8 BB Alas even selling Hood for £90 hasn't reduced numbers!
