IJN CV are effective but need so much input, I've been burnt out by single hard carry Hiryu games I would go Strike Ranger but I'm paranoid about being sniped, even though I'm AA spec on my captain. I really hate CV snipers lol...

Since I started playing, BBs have only seen buffs. Free Situational Awareness, Stealth Fire changes, IJN DD nerfs, radar given out to everyone and so forth...

WG has steadily buffed BB AA so Victor laughs at your whine. You'll also hate the way I spec German BB as I almost always take Manual AA to swat planes with.

No but chances of a 1 salvo wipe are more likely and you can swiftly move onto farming other targets

That's why I won't buy the Enterprise. I'm not ready for T8 MM, even though I own a Shokaku. I also don't want to pay £30+ for the most graphically dull game mode. Paying for the privilege of staring at a badly optimised map (I get fps loss with CV play of all things)...

125k damage vs anything becomes possible from mid tiers onwards in pretty much any ship. However it becomes almost easy with high tier BB if you exclusively hack away at BBs and silly broadside cruisers.

I spec AA after the initial CV specific skills as scrub enemy CVs will try and snipe you all the time... I still play the odd grind game in USN CVs and I have no real idea why lol 1/1/1 is a suffering build in Ranger.

2k gold would make a mockery of the CoE event as that only gave 2k for treating this game as a full time job for 3 weeks

I laugh at WG. Saying PvE scenarios are a major 2017 addition... Clearly WG feel that a good old Comp Stomp is more important that multi player game balance.

I'd be very careful before buying Kaga or Enterprise as there was talk of CVs being re worked and unless the right click addition counts then it's still to come... Putting your £ in WG's hands for power creep and nerf batting

I wound down my game time because of CoE. Bismarck campaign isn't too painful so it's no real grind. I do want that Miksas however.

Be quiet now and get Kaga, Enterprise too. Oh and whilst you're at it I hope you paid for the Hood with a smile and laughed as you saw 300 BBs in the queue over the weekend

The Xmas Convoy was still the biggest lol of all. It made me consider every £ I have given WG since. Assuming EU players don't check other regions for a doctored video and missions is utter b###. Never forget...

But WG 'are' fixing things. Hood and a free Bismarck, stealth fire wholesale changes. Saying CVs will be looked at before any new Prem ships. So they remove low tier manual drops and let you right click. Now Kaga and Enterprise are coming. Not WG's fault we don't agree with their fixes

It'll be the WG way, make NA's missions as silly as EU's can be and upset more of the community. I can't wait for American salt when they get a ramming mission or a Kraken+ survival one

One good main battery salvo does what secondary fire will take minutes to inflict. I find higher tier games dictated by camping and if you try to get close too soon you'll get focused real fast. A mid ranged BB fits the meta better. FDG is just a gigantic Bismarck tho yes The 406mm vs 420 mm is a debate in itself
