Will Baije be obtainable via any other means, other than lootboxes? e.g. freexp, coal, steel?

It's nothing to do with low tier ships, this is clearly about getting people to pay for freeXP to re-grind lines. The fact their only giving you 3 months to regrind a line 5 times to get the latest ship clearly shows that.

What a terrible concept. Put a really powerful ship behind 5x line regrinds. Anyone not paying $$$ to do this will be so burned out by it, but we all know you're really only interested in squeezing every last penny out of your already fed up player base. I've nearly 5k battles, I've not even unlocked every T10 ship yet only about half, because it's extremely boring and grindy to do so! This is such a terrible idea, it blinds me to see how on earth, other than $$$ you thought it could be good for the game? p.s. and to do this every 3 months with a new ship! Colbert, then Ohio, oh hell no!!

What's going to happen with captains over half way to a new skill point. For example my Minotaur captain is 200k, into 369k required for an 18 point captain. Where as my Kutozov is 850k into the 9.9mil required for a 19 point captain. Can we assume both captains would be upgraded to the next point after the patch, or god forbid will my captains lose all that progress?
