@GraySlayer @Excavatus The tournament that I believe Gaishu hosted had a really interesting ruleset where certain ships take up certain amounts of points. And a team is allocated a fixed number of points. In this way "out of meta" ships such as khaba, zao, repub, etc. Would still have a place in clanbattles.

So wargaming can collect more data? You cannot possibly belief that anything will change for the better regarding clanbattles after the changes we've seen the past couple of seasons. Based on the info we've gotten so far (cyclones, cv + bb) you can already tell that in typhoon league and higher: - light cruisers are not viable - DDs are not viable - loads of bbs are not viable Which leads to another season with an incredibly stale meta of just a few ships. Yay!

You see: if a large portion of the ships simply isn't viable in clanbattles due to the implementation of one class, than it isn't about being able to "deal with it". But for me it's a way to spend my free time with friends.
