Because I read over and over again "if this and that and that...... theeeeeeeen you want to have a cv in your game." that's cherrypicking my friend. Those odds are the same for both team. If both teams have three DDs then most likely 4 out of 6 players are bad. Same goes with cv, but those luckily are limited to one per team. Doesn't change the fact that if you're up against a good (not SU, just good) cv, he will make your DDs lives miserable. Such a non argument again. There are probably 10 times more dd games played than cv games... That's like saying "I've had more cars driving passed my house than helicopters flying over it." yeah no crap. I wonder why the class that relies the most on stealth for their survival and has the worst AA, complains about a class that is best suited at destroying them. Hmmmm.

If this and if that.... There are thousands of situations you can create and cherry pick to fit your narrative. Then you can finally play the game as a surface ship: as a bb you push so your radar cruisers don't get blapped, as a radar cruiser you support your DD and as a DD you try to fight for vision control and try to spot their DDs. Or am I going to get another "Yeah but what if XYZ...?". Hahahaha seriously what game do you play man? A bad cv perhaps spots that single bb in the back, or the enemy CV in A1, but not the DD who is capping the middle cap.

What kind of cherrypicking is that to make the "point" that the game is not fun without cvs? -> no cv and instantly dead dd's' kind of situations <- How is that any different from having a good cv who hunts the dds (or other vital targets in case of DD absence) vs a mouthbreathing ape as a cv who goes cv sniping? The result will be the same: Dead or atleast crippled DDs and useful spotting for the good cv's team. I don't know which game you guys play where the absence of CVs in a game is somehow less fun? Because the very absence of that class in a game means the other three classes can actually play the game and fight for objectives and vision control. There is simply so much stuff you cannot do if you have to account for unexpected and unavoidable CV spotting.

Not in the slightest due to the fact that CV games have become the norm rather than the exception. I rather get dunked on by some CV main once every two weeks than by potatoes with MM monitor on and a boner for me, every other game.

Yes they are incredibly OP. They should nerf DDs hard! The game is just over saturated with those right now...

@Vana_Kurat If i kill two T8 DDs for +-20k each and you kill 1,5 T8 BB for +- 100k dmg, i still end above you despite you doing more damage. XP is calculated by ship hp% dmg done. So that is why you absolutely should focus DDs with your BB. One hit for 3k dmg on a DD can be the equivalent xp of doing a citadel on a BB.

Can we get steel camo's for more ships please? Would love to have them available on ships other than Yamato, Shima or Desmo as well. I mean, look at it. Doesn't it look cool? And since the steel ships i do not have, do not really interest me, my steel stockpile just sits there.

It still amuses me that in this game a DDs best defence against CV's is turning off its only weapon against it. Like a helpless mouse sitting still in a field hoping the hawk doesn't spot him.

Without a cv a Seattle is infinitely more powerful: you can't get suddenly spotted when hiding behind an island and blapped from across the map. Cv spotting is the bane of island hugging cruisers.

Yeah that is dumb. It should be "When both surface ship and CV player have 200IQ the CV will inevitably always win." and that is the core of the problem that Ahskance fails to grasp.

It's unfun to play because you can no longer get easy damage. I have a hard time feeling sorry for you simply because your toy got nerfed and now you have to Q_Q about it. It was simply mind boggling easy to punish ships with the AP bombs. Watched several cv mains play and rack up ludicrous amounts of AP bomb damage once targets got isolated later in the match. It was gamebreaking. 50k dmg in two attack runs wasn't uncommon. Cvs shouldn't be able to do that. So I really don't care your "fun" got nerfed so surface ships can have their fun back. This is just a risky move and you got "punished" for it. You gambled on the line staying as it is and you lost.

I'm glad the Mvr is nerfed, because it was just brokenly OP in the hands of cv unicums in cbs. Sure, FDR is f*cked up as well, but due to steel less available. Ps. Yueyang, khaba, henri, hindenburg. All ships I paid perma camos for. All ships that got nerf hammered. Get used to it kiddo. Just enjoy it while it lasts.

You demand equal results. That is unfair to those who are simply better at the game than you. We all get those games where your team is really bad, yet only a few complain about it on the official forum. What difference is it going to make? None. Simply go to the next battle. Or git gud. Ps. Paying money to wargaming doesnt give you the right to demand anything lol. Thank God for that. Imagine if it did.
