Maybe I'm being a douchebag here but I don't seem to have that problem and it doesnt bother me if I hear people say things like "grosser curry wurst" instead of the real name. As long as I know which ship they mean. Not that I'm pronouncing them all 100% historically accurate (like on which syllable to put the emphasis with Japanese ships) but I can't find any ship names that are really hard to pronounce. I can imagine if you only speak English and all other languages are gibberish to you that it's hard to figure out though. But getting annoyed by people mispronouncing shipnames seems kind of unfair to those people to me. Even if WG told us exactly how to pronounce them, if people want to pronounce them differently who are we to judge them? Same with camos. Some people want everything to be historically accurate. Some don't care.

That is indeed true, although if you look at it like this: for every guy that has 500+ battles in one particular ship there are a dozen that do not even reach 500 games overall so the % of players is fairly low. oh and funfact: look up the #1 player (most played battles) of the T2 Dresden. Behold, the king of single ship play.

@anunnak don't worry too much about your individual ship winrate. Most players do not play hundreds of battles in the same ship (that for me is the threshold where battle count negates bad rng or teams). In some ships you underperform yet have a good winrate and vice versa. It's your overall winrate that matters in the end since that number is high enough to be meaningful. That doesn't mean that your gameplay is flawless, obviously not. But focusing on the winrate of an individual ship can be really depressing when matchmaking seems to be against you. If you focus on your individual performance and you see progression there youre doing fine.

People fire Deepwater torps at dds despite the warning signs right in their face saying you can't hit them.... People use radar in spawn in case a dd magically warped its way across the map in 10 seconds.... I highly doubt it's not a troll post. Unfortunately.
