Whhhhooaaaat? Wo hast denn dass gelesen? Das wäre ja top wen das klappen würde. Irgendwo eine Quelle dazu? Greetings -

Greetings

Allied_Winter replied to Priv_Paula_666's topic in Allgemeine Diskussionen
Greetings

Why should you be able to use a commander on (different) non premium ships without retraining them? Did that Warspite captain come with the Warspite? Greetings

Graf Zeppelin is an insult to paying customers
Allied_Winter replied to Ishiro32's topic in General Discussion
In regards to the rather harsh words above, Sub_Octavian adressed some points on reddit: We did not commit any fraud. But that doesn't make us good - we still did a bad thing, even three, to be precise: We rushed GZ as a game entity hoping to launch it for GC. That was a matter of PR (GC wouldn't boost any sales too much, the whole point was to launch the ship that is important to the playerbase). And, from PR point of view, we failed. While rushing this release we did not communicate the last changes properly (even though it was communicated in DevBlog, but just as an internal test thing) and thus, prevented our CCs from making videos on the final state of product. We sanctioned iChase, while his behavior was NOT really good, it was a result of OUR fault, so we should have just contacted him and other CCs, and addressed the situation much, much better. There are serious mistakes we admitted. Fraud and stealing are NOT amongst them, so please, let's stick to what's actually happened. We did similar mistakes before, and that's a real shame. I know. To be precise, we had CC miscommunication with German DDs and CC incident in WoT. We should learn better from the mistakes - I agree. Our games revenue rely on long-term relations with players. Mathematically, we did earn money with GZ sales. However, with reputational losses this overall situation is NOT profitable for us at all. GZ is not a broken product. It is a ship A LOT (maybe, the most part) of playerbase dislikes, and the ship, which release was communicated poorly. It still performs and plays, but yes, from the project point of view, this is a very bad case. People who were available at that time with the rank high enough to address the situation signed this. There is no intentional "No EU" thing here. Apology is for all players who purchased the ship and suffered from the situation - on all servers. Yes, because it cannot be fixed immediately. If you are not fine with the idea of long process with several test versions, please apply for refund (money refund, not doubloons) through CSS. We promised that the refund will be avaliable for GZ current owners - and it is. In the meantime, if you are interested, please visit this group: https://www.facebook.com/wowsgraf Laying aside the 'crime' thing, again, money refund is available to you, and we suffer reputational and financial losses because of our mistakes. Selling good premiums to happy customers is good for business. Selling something that makes players unhappy and refunding it is bad for business. I would say, here developers and GZ buyers are interested in the same thing. We offer refund to GZ buyers. It works. It is avaliable. There is no need for any doubloon distribution. There is no need to. Development Director and Executive Producer signed this. It is more than enough to make this statement official and product-wise. Internally, the responsibility belongs to several people from different offices and teams, we know it, and we will handle it internally. No need for witch hunting here. No. The Agreement is fine, the point is how we use it. If you read EULA for the game, you will notice we can do whatever we want with the game content - but we don't. We try to do only those things that players enjoy. There is no point in sticking to legal document here - it exists for legal reasons, but if we use it directly without thinking, well, players just leave and...that does not make any sense. However, there may be some situations, where we will really need to use the Agreement. It's like a gun for self defense - it should rest for 99% of time, but sometimes you may need it. We will. Please follow the FB page I provided, if possible. If not...watch for in-game news. I will try to do short plan and initial feedback overview tomorrow. Next week, probably Monday, we will send official test invitations to ALL GZ owners. Tests will start somewhere between 0.6.10 and 0.6.11 - we'll see, it depends on how difficult the 1st test version will be. If such timeframe does not suit you, sorry, but rushing stuff is something that lead us to the problem in the first place. Then, apply for refund, because we won't rush it 2nd time. I hope you understand why we want to make it right. It is your choice we respect. I sincerely hope that we will handle the situation in a way that you will like, and gain your trust again. See for yourself and judge for yourself - actions will matter here, not words. It's absolutely your choice, but, as I already went through your whole post, you can save you time. Cheers, and have a nice evening. Greetings -

How many "Permanent Camouflages" (Type 15/16/17/18/19/20) you bought for your regular ("Silver") ships?

World of Worsips of world of magic anyway?
Allied_Winter replied to Anthoniusii's topic in General Discussion
There was a reason why the sailors of the US Navy called the cruisers '10 Minute ships'. Cause that was about the average time the ships survived in combat. Greetings -
Random freezes of 1/10s up to 1s. Memory crashes have been 3 or 4 since the last major patch (0.6.9). Greetings

World of Worsips of world of magic anyway?
Allied_Winter replied to Anthoniusii's topic in General Discussion
What ballance is this when a Battleship can repair itself on sea and continue fighting? What ballance is this when a Battleship can have a hitting ration of >30% when in reality it was below 15% (testing Nagato) and <5% (in combat)? Where IS THAT BALLANCE AND YES YOU DON'T SEE IT! Jokes aside: Either get used to the fact that the devs don't listen to your balance proposal (and I'm pretty sure most of the community is glad that they don't listen to you) or, if you really want to contribute to the BALLANCE of this game, check and understand the current game mechanics and derive a proposal from that. 5/7 Trollpost. RANT - Collection items from Normal Containers are too rare.
Allied_Winter replied to Kazomir's topic in General Discussion
Really? Maybe I'm just lucky (sample size: Me and only me): But I'm already at 20/40 items. It started maybe a week ago. If I keep this pace, I'll have the collection done way before the campaign is finished so nothing to be worried from my side. Greetings -
Graf Zeppelin is an insult to paying customers
Allied_Winter replied to Ishiro32's topic in General Discussion
Question from my side: Do you have the Graf? Do you keep her and take part in the extra special super duper player balancing division (let's hope it gets heard and the right people taking place in it)? Greetings -
Valid points you say there. Do I belive this statement? For the refund: Yes. Feedback: I know that playerfeedback has been ignored in nearly all cases that didn't involve a massive $hitshow in the forums. Will it change? I can only hope that it does, but until then I remain sceptical. But those who have her now, and don't want to give her back, the oppurtunity to influence the ship is in reach (counting on Fara here). Sure it can still go all down the drain and will cause the next $hitstorm just in a few months, but since WG (the devs, management, PR ...) has been feed with quite some humble pie I have the strange feeling (and yes that is a very very thin strain I'm counting on here) that this time at least something hit home to St.P and Paris. Comments on reddit like this that - unlike before - even get a response from WG that is a change. Sure a very very small one, and we'll see if this goes on in a week/month from now, but I'm willing to make a step towards WG (but it'll be an equally small step). On the other hand I understand everybody for whom all the previous desasters left back only scorched earth and are pretty certain that - again - nothing will change. Like in so many other cases, only time will tell, but I'm counting on the internet that never forgets (but also, the vocal part of the community is still a fraction of the whole player base so....) Greetings

Well .... well well well. 1. Thank you. You realized that you goofed up. 2. You're willing to make a step towards the playerbase and offer a refund. Something that doesn't happen that easily with WG (for obvious reasons I know...). But, a step is a step and I welcome this step. 3. You're also encouraging players that decide to keep the Graf Z., to take part in the balancing process and offer a unique camo. Nice addition I might say. 4. You want to prevent such situations in the future. Well, that's the one that bugs me. It wasn't the first time that the playerbase first got shafted, then created a shitstorm and then (only then I might say) WG doubled back. Maybe, just maybe we can get a situation next time that only (if at all) contains the last step (WG doubling down because you guys made a mistake)? Nothing wrong with admitting you're wrong, if you do it on time and without accusing your playerbase of being not good enough to play a certain ship! Someone on reddit worded it perfectly: "If WG could stop assuming that everybody else was wrong by default," which led to the aforementioned comment by you WG of your playerbase being not skilled enough to play the ship. I can't imagine it being funny to create one PR mess after another.... And so far I can only hope (and nothing really more) that maybe THIS TIME YOU ACTUALLY LEARNED SOMETHING FROM IT. Time will tell though. Greetings

They offered him the CC chair, but he respectfully refused. He held this option though for maybe coming back as a CC later (a not yet decided later) Greetings
