Fun fact, i started playing on my alt account as soon i'm done collecting all the coal from crates and containers on my main account. Once i have enough XP to research the Tier IV of whatever line i am grinding at this point, i change to another line and grind that instead. It's been a while since i had actual fun playing WoWS, and while it's chaotic and and everyone is doing questionable things, it is still...fun. No CVs, no broken ships which is nice and seal Clubber divisions with thousands of games played in TII-IV happen only once in a while. So i am enjoying it, at least until WG decides to introduce TII CVs or finds sikrit plans for a WWI era Smolensk/ Stalingrad kinda ships that would fit perfectly into TII.

Uhm, that's not entirely correct. The last battle i played me and another team mate were the last members alive on our team and we did face of against a CV and a Devonshire. We were hunting that Devonshire for the last 4 minutes of the game, he dodged all our torps despite having him perma locked. This guy had no consumeables to allow him to fight us, and yet he didn't take a single point of damage from us despite being constantly in range. While it is possible to get dev-struck by a hidden sub, same can happen to you by an unspotted DD.

You haven't played against a lot of PAN EU DDs, have you?

And how is YOU getting sunk relevant to the topic of this thread? There is NO difference whatsoever in getting sunk by a Sub or by a spread of DD torps. What i am trying to say is, if one side allows the other side free reign by ignoring DDs that hunt YOUR subs, you'll not only end up facing the usual DDs, CAs and BBs, but also have Subs roaming freely around enabling them to sink for instance YOU. I don't know how YOUR battle evolved and what lead to your sinking, but the battles i had so far, exactly this happened. And this is what this thread is about.

Yes. If your team sucks and allows the enemy DDs to wreak havoc instead of killing them, you'll end up being shark-food. On topic: Now, that i vented some of my anger, it occured to me that it may be safe to play ranked now... So, did the new sub mode attracted all the pot plants or are they still infesting the ranked mode as well?

Well, if you get the team mates i had in the Sub battles i played, you don't need a DD. Apparantly, it is perfectly viable, to park your Budjonny 6-8km away from the enemy team (3 DDs, 2 CAs and one BB) and drop depthcharges and leaving the area afterwards with ALL your HP intact. I always knew that 95% of the WoWS playerbase is dumb as , but this takes it to the next level.

Has nothing to do with depending on the pot plants on my team. Has everything to do with having targets 5km next to you that you ignore and allow the enemy team to rush down all your subs, get three cruisers killed due to their spotting and NOT doing JACK about it.

Subs WILL make it into randoms at some point. CLs and BBs will play like chicken in the back ignoring YOUR teams friendly subs and you WILL lose these games. Also, it is ok getting one-shotted by BBs or DDs or shat on by CVs, but when a sub does it it's 'bad'?

Yeah. Stay away from Tirpitz and Vanguard/ Roma. Same $hit, different names. My recommendation for you is to get Richelieu. Spec her for secondary’s and reverse into the fight (maybe not right from your spawn tho). Let the secondaries deal with any aggressor. If things get too heated, just accelerate away. Nobody will see that coming. If you get flanked, use main guns to shotgun the perpetrator. Might work with Bismarck as well, but you have to expose lots of broadside. On a more serious note, Bismarck is a decent ship just make sure you have friendly DDs ahead or on your flanks, angle and deal with one target at the time.

Doubtful. While WG may or may switch out the planes themselves, they won’t give GZ AP Rockets. See Belfast - other RN CLs, Abruzzi - other RM CAs. Such a change would mean, they had to offer refunds for people who bought GZ. But the upcoming TVI german premium CV (the mini GZ) should have AP rockets.

Hi there, i'm Jethro, a passionate WoWS player and Twitch Affiliate. I only started streaming early October 2019, but it's fun and i hope my viewers enjoy it too. I stream mostly WoWS, but also WoT and WoWP (yes, really^^). You might not believe it, but WoWP is actualkly a tons more fun the WoT could ever be. World of Warships is and will stay however be the main title i'll be streaming (70%), while WoWP and WoT make only 30% as of now. Both other WG titles might receive a dedicated day, just not sure which one. The occasional non WG titles include, in no particular order, Mechwarrior Online, Diaspora - Shattered Armistice, Cold Waters, Subnautica, Atlantik Fleet, FreeSpace Open, the Blue Planet series. Apart from that, various older Star Wars games might make an appearance, when i feel like it. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Assassins Creed: Odyssey might make an appearance in the future. I stream every weekend, and occasionally on Thursday afternoon, but i hope to be able to stream on other days too. In the week from 25th November to 1st december, i should be able to stream daily for a few hours. Starting 16th December, i'll be Streaming daily until 12th January. I think ru BBs should have as much armor thickness, as the paper they were drawn upon. #IShouldWorkFirWGsBalansDepartment

Not sure if i want tho. These kind of threads are like movies, the first one is good, the second one is just a rehash of the first, except with more drama. And the third falls off completely and is just a waste of time.

I agree on the comments part, as those comments do not belong anywhere let alone in this game. And why would you use these kind of insults when "Smolensk/Stalingrad/ CV playing ", brings the message across without being as toxic as the example you gave. There is ONE thing YOU can do to avoid getting this kind of abuse and reports/ chat bans: Do NOT, under ANY Circumstance, NO MATTER what, play CVs, Smolensk or Stalingrad in randoms. See? Easy fix! You have to pay. The 8k booster let’s you just skip the first few stages, not the last two. Also, building ANYTHING other then for survive ability is suicide.

Wrong. You can't buy Dragon Signals, or any of the good camos aynmore. It's almost a year since they were on sale the last time, with the exception of the Dragon Signals, which were limited to 2 bundles per user, were shitty expensive and only contained 10-15 Signals. WG KNOWS that a lot of players were collecting these signals en-masse and the reason they are so rare now is, that nobody used Dubloons to convert FXP. So, not having time to play is a perfect justification for you? Speeding through the tiers, being crap at it, ruining other peoples games is fine because there are modes like Clan Battles? What kind of moronic stance is that? Are you even aware that not everyone is able to play clan battles or doesn't have interest in static game play? Yes, i would force pot plants to grind for 6 YEARS to get to TX just make to make sure they don't ruin my games by being crap at the game and failing at even the basics.

He should have mentioned another problem in WoWS: When unicum players syncdrop with clan mates and create an unfair advantage and justify it on stream with " i don't want an unfair advantage, i just don't want a disadvantage" like he did yesterday while playing ranked. Would be nice if he talked a bit about this kind of scum-baggery. In regards to his vid: yeah, he's right. But to be fair, he used a lot of the dragon signals and special camos which he gets from WG along with Dubloons for free, while others have to use Dubloons to convert FXP, which earns WG moneys unlike his method.

Simple really. You‘d face unicum divisions, while your team has glue-sniffer divisions. And sometimes, it‘d be the other way around. If you watched Flambass stream yesterday, you’ll see that he is sync dropping with other CREED clan members, which left the other team pretty fraked.
