Can't find the article where WG announced how much coal/ steel we get for ships and which tier gets what. Anybody can post the link or post the values here? Btw, Isn't there a calculator created by a forumite that keeps track of that?

Wrong. OPS are not failing. It is WG that is failing. OPS re quite popular, because they were fun, essentially guaranteed that you get good rewards (XP, fxp), which is exactly the problem. There's no money in it for WG, so WG doesn't bother with them and, did I fact nerf the XP and credit rewards a while back. So no, OPS did not fail. Wg want them to fail.

The fact that OPS are a source of XP, FXP and credits are exactly the reason why WG is tuning them down and doesn't care about them. They do not bring any money, but instead allow players to grind all the stuff for free. And WG prefers it, when people use money to convert. When they say, they have no plan atm for new OPS, what it actually means is, there are no plans whatsoever unless they find a way to monetize them somehow. You may have noticed, that every single event WG had in the past two years was a grindfest, but WG being decent people, allowed players to buy stuff to make it less grindy. With a decent amount of OPS, only few people would actually use money to convert XP to FXP. So no, we will not get any OPS unless we have to pay for it.

The new US BB line is WGs first step towards turning WoWS into an AFK Arena style game. Select Kansas for instance, press Battle, go binge watch a TV show of your choice, or clean your place, cook something, go shopping, visit friends, whatever. By the time you return, the game is done and you can repeat the process. I recommend TV shows that have 4+ seasons.

At this point, i am fairly certain that NOT running any captain build would be a massive improvement over choosing any of the new crappy skills.

But they did test it. They wrote the idea down, gave it to some exec who talked with some underlings who confirmed that the skill rework will be crap and disliked because it screws over DDs and Cruisers. On the plus side, a lot more folks will buy dubloons to retrain captains, which is a plus...actually, it's the only plus that matters to WG. You see? Internal testing shows, it's perfect.

This captain skill rework has potential. The potential to be a much bigger, stinkier, steamier pile of crap than the CV rework. And let's face it, WG is doing the rework so it's 100% guaranteed that it'll be the creme de la crap.

She is. And yes, you can nerf a a ship rightly. Nerfing a ship has nothing to do with introducing other OP/ strong ships. Because some players don't enjoy her anymore because they can't play the accel/decel game anymore, does not mean she isn't fun anymore.

And this kiddos, is why I'm gonna spend my hard-earned cash on steam and epic game store sales instead of WGs stuff. AC Valhalla is sadly not on sale, but that was to be expected considering it has been released recently. But there are other games that will end up being mine. WG will get of course something too, nobody can say I am an ungrateful customer, after 5 years. Soooo, where is it...a, right, there it is: my middle finger! And believe me I had a hard time giving even that much. ^^

You guys really expecting competence from WG? In 2020? Especially in a case where they give away something for free? Get outta here.

Yep, starting with TVII the line is amazing and gets better with each ship. And being so strong or even OP, was the main reason why I picked French, Italian and Russian CAs as the first lines I got to TX on my "filthy statpedding try hard" account. With great success.

Despite that accel nerf, it's still a very good ship. The nerf was justified, which makes it one of the very rare times, WGs balans dept. did something right for a change. The only love the French CA line should receive is in the camo department. Cause the frakin awful perma camos are hurting my eyes, even tho they might be historically accurate.

True. UBI Soft is crowbaring the AC part into everything these days, however, Odyssey is - despite its repetetive game play - still one of the best games with an great story. AC: Valhalla seems - based on what i saw in Jingles vids sofar - decent and different enough to give it a try. Also, me likes Vikings. Me also likes history. And if my budget wouldn't be limited to bills, food and games, i'd buy myself an Axe and shield and pillage the local supermarket. "Hand over that pack of steaks, or taste my Axe, Saxon sl*t! Also, i'd like one pound of minced meat, 3 pairs of Italian sausage and half a dozen chicken Wings. Could you pls pack those Sausages in pairs of two? It's easier to freeze them that way. Thx! Well, not sure yet, but it sure as hell won't be anything in WGs prem store. I've been keeping an eye on Horizon Zero Dawn, AC: Valhalla (both must have titles), Aquanox, Control, and a bunch of other games on Steam and in the EPIC game store. Not to mention, there's a whole bunch of Battlemechs in MWO i haven't bought yet. Should they (games and mechs) be on sale this Friday, i'll buy(te). ^^ This means of course, that the only thing left to give to WG will be...lemme check for a sec...right, one of my middlefingers.

If the AI were able to respond to player requests, it would widen the gap between the average WoWS player and bots and make said average WoWS player actually feel dumb. You can't show your cashcows how dumb they are, they'd stop throwing money at the screen. Besides, there would be an uproar by a minority that would demand more bots in randoms and limit the amount of human players. And WG won't do that.

You could look at it from a different perspective. Now, those players don't have to fail their way up across all tiers. They can fail epically in TX straight away (and then whine on the forums about toxic community). Isn't that convenient? At this point tho, I'm certain that WG is doing everything possible to make games like Raid look good.

Belfast 43 is in the asia prem store and should - theoretically - be available tomorrow in the EU store. Pricing and bundles is the usual same old same old, ~43€ for the ship. Prep your wallets folks, the cash-in on a OP ship replacement is coming!

Getting reported for playing CVs? This is outrageous! ...that all you can do is report them. Personally, I'd prefer banning CV players.

Well, there are still a few russian premium TVIII cruisers missing, which need to be crowbared into the game, because sikrit paper projects are so popular, so WG will sure add actually existing non-naval legend ships right after that. Those are simply not popular enough to have a high priority.
