Considering the last few times WG did damage control, I expect something along the lines of:"...we're kinda sorry (but not really), we didn't know (you'd be such ungrateful brats), and we kinda admit, that we crapped on the cake. BUT, we put sprinkles on it, so all is well now, right? Also, pls head this way to premium store..." Edit: Holy crap i am good. After reading the NA statement, I can say that my prediction above was spot on. Not sure if I should be happy about that tho.

So far, AL only had ships with big...guns. I doubt they add a ship that would fill the entire screen into their game...

In all the fuss about the scammy practice with the shortlist premiums, nobody seems to mention this line: "It's important to point out that next year, ships IV Imperator Nikolai I, V Gremyashchy, V Fūjin, V Giulio Cesare, and V Kamikaze will not be included in Santa's containers. Don't miss your chance to get rare Premium ships!" Better start whaling now fellas, next year you'll be sh*t out of luck! Sooo, either: WG will remove them temporarely from the xmas crates and introduce them in two years again to ensure that people buy crates WG found a way to monetize ultra rare premiums (stuff of nightmares) WG will wait half a year and introduce them back as normal premiums which would p*ss people off who may or may not have spend hundreds of euros on this years lootboxes just to get them. Luckily, i have all of 'em on my main account, so it doesn't bother me...much (it'd be nice to have them on my main-alt account tho...). So, do you have them? Do you want them? What's your opinion?

I could do it, and in fact, i was already thinking to create my own for personal use. However, lets also not forget that in 2016 the entire forum mod/admin population was busy for hours and days even, removing the signatures from everyone who had one and threatening to ban users who had them(!). The removal and threats died down once we had one, that was very "tame" in comparison and very few people actually bothered to use it.

What worries me more then the fail divs, is that its a 10 player game instead of the usual 12. Played during prime time or during the night?

It's the year, in which people complain justifiably about scam crates instead of spending money on said scam crates. Which forced WG to pull the plug on some server hardware. Buy scam crates and it'll be fixed.

It should be known by now, that no matter what you face in your Hakuryu, it is screwed. ^^

I am a bit torn on this one, as I do like occasionally to take a lower tier ship in a division. And in my opinion, that's fine as long MM ensures that the opposite team has the same lineup, even if they're not on a div. However, MM screw ups like described above, are not acceptable. You can't compare 3 tier7 ships with 3 tier8.

Against better judgement, i decided to buy a pack of 8 mega crates. I received: Neustrashimy 30 Dragon signals 30 red Dragon signals 30 Scylla signals 30 Leviathan signals 25 Type 3 - New Year camos 4 x 12500 coal Perfect drop. And there's nothing left that could motivate me to buy another set of crates.

Personally, I quite like the Cheshire (in fact, I like the entire RN CA line, which is rare as all other lines have ships I don'tlike at all). But then, I'm a sucker for the odd ones. Once you get used to the extra squishyness, you may enjoy them. Just pray you never get the Ocean map and always make sure, to have an ally between you and the enemy. Always. In the early game it can be a CA or BB, and in the late game your teams CV (depending on how it's going), as for some strange reason, people will always shoot the CV, even if you're low on HP.

Far more important, can you add a function that identifies players who are whaling? The idea is, players with a small amount of battles who buy tons of stuff all compiled into a list, which allows us to add them all to our blacklist with one button click...

I had around 3+k dubloons on my main account, so I decided to spend them on Xmas boxes after reading, that Flint can drop. I bought two big ones, 1 med and one small in the armory and got signals and...drumroll...Flint. Yay me! Money saved, Coal saved, Flintlanta received. A good way to start a day.

I recommend NOT playing either in randoms, you're new to the game and you will not last long on either DD as both require lot of experience to perform well. Aigle will most likely yield better results atm, but that's due to the fact that you can meet tier 5. The gun arcs are very lazy and the torps a rather short range. The big plus however is, that you can get away with a 10 point captain. Blyska requires a experienced player and a 14 point captain to be somewhat competitive. Overall, it's the better gunboat as the arcs are pretty good. You will however meet tier 9 ships, so good luck when you run into a Kitakaze. Choose wisely.

There is of course a slim chance that folks react to JB B as they reacted to the Puerto Rico. It depends which side is the salty one. The enemy team? Then you might be right. Your team? Try to git gud and the complaints will stop. I guess he means the US BBs that America build and then gave to the Russians, which improved them significantly. Like the New Yorkinsky, Los Angelovsk, Pittsburghgrad, F.d.Rooseveltovskinsky and many more. Oh ffs, stop giving away secrets that can help win games! Each forumite took an oath to guard the secret, that pressing W in a BB can help win games. Frikking whistle-blower.

Imagine all the money WG will make, due to people buying all these ships before they get removed. From a 'greedy company ' point of view, WG has evolved. Oldtimers like me still remember the olden days, where WG put Tirpitz up for sale and claimed, it's going to be a 'rare' premium, as its not going to be on sale on a regular basis. Oh boy, the flood of Tirpitzes we had back then after the ship went on sale for the second time. Because of the rare statement, folks were throwing money at WG, being afraid to miss out.

A Riga citadelled you? Well, not really a surprise. It's soviet, and it has pretty good pen for a cruiser. I'm looking forward to your next thread, the one where you ask how a Riga/Stalingrad/Petropavlosk can citadel BBs reliably at ranges of 18+km, or a Petropavlosk can citadel Conquerors and Thunderers through the angled bow at closer ranges. Imagine there were such a thing as russian bias in this game, RU cruisers would be strong as f*ck...oh wait.

Of course it is deliberately done. WG execs are greedy, not ignorant dumb. If WG would care about people staying, they might have fixed it, but they don't. Like many other F2P games out there, WG wants to draw new players in, encourage them to stay a while and spend coin. And then leave silently. Hardcore WoWS players like a lot of folks here on the forums are a thorn in their side. Because we complain, most of us don't fall for their shenanigans anymore and we refuse to spend money unless for stuff that actually has value. That's not the kind of players a F2P game wants.
