Someone has to...and i dare.^^ I beg to differ, the british tanks are different, no question but weak and situational? Well, this can be said about every line, and like with every line some of them are strong and a few are borderline OP. And the situational tag can be applied to almost every cruiser in the game with a few exceptions in WoWS and certainly for most tanks in WoT. If folks expect them to play like other lines, why even bother playing the Brits? Maybe WG should make one performance template for all ships, nobody could complain that ship X or line X is different from ship or line Y as thy would all play the same. Problem solved, everyone would be happy, as nobody would have to try to adjust...just like in real life, where folks just complain and whine if life throws something at them that they can't change. And we'd had a lot less "this line suxxors" threads (but maybe one or two "add diversity to the lines!" threads instead).^^ What we see here, is the same thing that happenmed when the german Cruiser line was released, the Russian DD line, the Russian Cruiser line and recently the german BB line. And i'm pretty sure we'll see it when the next line gets released, so it would save a lot of time if we'd have a stickied thread with a poll and "This line suxx, pls buff" as topic title, in which folks can complain about each new line that gets released and make a vote on which line was the worst. Such a thread would be made of 10% win, 30% epicness and 60% tears. ^^

I guess tomorrow should be soon enough. Of course, there is still the possibilty that it gets released tomorrow on NA and a week later in the EU shop. And even i hate this server inequality - with a burning passion - i'd be laughing my a$$ off in this case. ^^

I will do the same...no, don't worries, i for one am not a filthy seal clubber - i am a nice seal clubber, charming, and a good looking one too and i don't do it for selfish reasons like free flags or even to stet pad my stats. Oh NO Sir! I do it for balance of course, as the MM will be clustered with RN Cruisers and someone has to carry the BB torch and blast them! ^^ I will balance the $hit out of the MM.

Know that feeling, getting reported in almost every game for trying to convince BB players to not camp, or chicken out or sail around the map aimlessly. I try to be polite asking first, than i try to convince them, but it seems with every request i lose a bit of my charm.^^ So, chatban seems to become more and more common... In ranked i get insta reported before even saying anything by a few dipshits who i met multiple times, and the first thing they say is: "don't listen to Jethro"...than the team listens to these tossers and we lose. I guess stating facts by calling them not fit for ranked and critizing them for playing like in randoms ( sniping, DDs hiding in smoke instead of spotting...), i.e. like headless chicken seems to have rustled their jimmies. Receiving compliments from me happens very very rarely, and in alot of cases it's someone from the enemy team.

Since i have "only" 5 ships left to grind from the "old" lines, i will engage grindmode for the upcoming UK cruisers. No point in wasting free XP to skip lower tiers.

Wrong. That was long time ago the policy for Tanks in WoT. That was never the policy for WoWS, nor should it ever be.

I think you - and many others - have it wrong. First of all, it's not quite p2w, but i guess the opinions vary.^^ The other thing is: it is not broken by WGs definition. The Gremy is broken, so much so that WG will never put it on sale again. Ever. Simply because it's so OP, that a small minority of good players do rather well in it. So, putting a ship on sale in which a few do very well in, would - according to WG - break the game. Well, the Belfast is - assuming she gets realeased as seen in the vids - so retardedly OP that everyone will do good in it, even potatoes. And when you have a ship that everyone can do well in, neither the ship or the game are broken. See the difference? ^^

Which ones? Boderline cheats? What...nothing in this modpack gives anyone anything even remotely resembling a cheat.

Ranked has only ONE issue, and that is that everyone can participate. And as long we don't have qualification runs for ranked ( one qualification run per ship class), this mode will be flawed and more frustration than anything else. The amount of idiocy displayed in ranked is beyond measure, either by players who play it like random or by players who can't or don't know how to play at all. And as long WG does allow everyone to participate, it will be the source of frustration - not that we don't have anything else that we can be frustrated about, it's WG after all - and after 5 seasons of Ranked there's no sign of improvement when it comes to ranked. And yes, this topic can be merged/ closed.

Yeah, i was surprissed that i survived that long in my Sims...you almost had me there, when i was forced to smoke up. My engine was out for thirty seconds and i was sitting there in the smoke and waiting for the final blow, your torps missed by ~1cm.^^

Met, Tyrendian and Ictogan this evening, both on the enemy team, both played well and the former managed to sink my ship shortly before the game ended. In a later game i met Earl_of_Northesk in his Kagero on the enemy team, was quite a decent game. Also, met iEarlgrey in ranked several times.

What do you charge for the complete package? Seeing as there only two ways to get my Jolly Roger in ranked is to either cheat the crapout of this game, or to pay a player who's better than me real coin to get me to rank one. The option of throwing enough crapat the wall and hope some of it will stick is no real option. Don't have neither the time nor the patience to play a trillion games to progress through, what can be easily called a potato soup, in a game mode that's supposed to be about outplaying the opponent, not outsmarting the own team to actually be useful. Ontopic: i like it when i get called cheater, simply it proves my points that folks: 1: can't be arsed to actually learn the game mechanics 2: are not smart enough to grasp the game mechanics 3: couldn't tell the game mechanics apart from a cheat even when they'd studied the subject in Harvard for a decade 4: wouldn't notice a game mechanic even if it would bite them in the nuts

Met xX_Blogis_Xx today in ranked, we lost the game. A coupls games later - also in ranked - i met the two most retarded idiots who walk this earth. Safe victory, we have ~850 points and the ship lead, while the red team has ~200 points. All they had to do was decap B, where a Tashkent with 170HP was capping. So i asked the nearly FULL HP Kutuzov to take him out...he smoked up outside the cap...ate a torp...moved slowly on got torched by that Tashkent ate a second torp and died...without firing one.single.[edited].shot.! Still winnable, despite having only two nearly full HP BBs left vs two damaged Bismarcks and said DD. Scores at this point: ~910:300...and in this situation our NoCar decided, NOW it's the time for a hero run - right between both enemy BBs. Our remaining BB failed to kill the DD and got nuked by the BBs...who would have thoughtb that giving broadside to two battleships can be that harmful? We need qualification runs for ranked.
