WG is indeed trying to sit this one out, which is a bad move. Monitoring the situation and gathering feedback? lmao It's also funny how they try to contain the fire, by deleting posts on the frontpage. Obviously WG doesn't want to have too much criticism on the frontpage, but it's gonna be difficult to to delete posts on forums and social media platforms where they have no admin rights. ^^ Speaking of which, since i wanted to help WG gather more feedback to the recent eff-up, i posted the story of the WGmas and links in several boards which have a gaming subforum or in a lot of cases, a dedicated WoWS thread. No need to thank me WG, i'll do my best to help you improving the experience for us EU cashcows! Spread the word and happy holidays!

I like the Port, it looks nice and is atmospheric. Can't say anything about accuracy tho, so it's just my opinion.

The first crate i bought gave me the Gremmy, the other crates where quite usefull too. The one i received as gift where my favorite camos, which made me very happy. Keep trying. I also would like to point out that it isn't a scam, while it sucks to pay for things you don't really want, it's not a sale transaction, i.e. i give you money and you give me a ship X, it's more like a lottery. Just because you don't win the jackpot with your ticket, doesn't mean it's a scam. So pls don't give WG crap in a matter where they don't deserve it. I can understand that there are some intense feelings due to the Convoy event [edited]-up, but pls don't bash them for things that they can't be blamed for.

3 of each, and the first crate gave me the Gremmy! Seems the game checks which ships you have and gives you one that you don't have, which in my case was the Gremmy. The rest where camos and Signals (useful ones), so yeah this part of the xmas event is really nice indeed.

While this is most likely whats going to happen, it's also a guaranteed way of setting the [edited] they started on fire. Not sure if this is the desired result WG is aiming for.

It's a tricky situation for them. They could sit this one out and hope it'd pass, but the [edited] hasn't even started properly yet. They are maybe discussing things and than decide on how to proceed, as the next step they take could potentially make things worse.

Yes, as ichase stated, the CCs are aware of last minute changes. However, this isn't a small change, it completely changes the way you have to play these ships.

When i decided yesterday to use this pic as my signature, i should have made clear that this idea is copyrighted and made it available for a licensing fee. By now, i would have not only enough moneys to buy all the premium camos other servers get for free, i could have bought also a very healthy amount of premium time. ^^

Wow, now it's official. EU players get the finger on top of a free Premium. Whoever made the decision to not only imply EU is a second class playerbase and a first class cash cow, but have Tuccy actually confirm it: kudos to you.

Sums it up nicely. Game is awesome, the pace at which new content is added is very good, the support (when it's on the subject on finacial transactions) is superb. Pretty much everything would get a 9/10 or even 10/10...except the events and occasionally the premium shop sales ( i include WoT here), which make me want to slap the guys in charge of the EU Server. The thing is, when i go into a fancy restaurant, i don't care whether the cook is EU, asian, american or russian. When i get the menu card, i want the same menu card the guy on the other table has, everything else is bull$hit and a damn good way to piss customers off.

Nope, but he can buy a premium Wakizashi for a few Dubloons and exit in style. EDIT: make sure it's at least a TVIII Wakizashi, as it yields moar honour whiledoing seppuku, plus you have the increased credit income which should serve the family of the Captain.

As i said in another thread, it is possible that EU gets the same second campaign or an alternate at a later date. But why change it for EU? WG EUs history of "different sets" isn't exactly a heartwarming one.

Yes, signals, free xp and credits. The other regions get ships and perma camos...almost the same./sarcasm And WG EU is infamous for "different sets of missions" like the Arpeggio missions which where several times more demanding on EU than on other servers. It's not difficult to understand - i hope -that a lot of players don't have enough faith in WG EU anymore when it comes to events.

I doubt that it would work that way. The developers seem to know what they are doing, the marketing/ event department not so much.

Possible, assuming the shitstorm is at least a solid 9 on the Latrine scale...otherwise WG EU doesn't feel the need to act. Considering we have the same crapevery.single.time. WG EU pulls this stunt, it must be very very hard indeed. Yes, it is a generous gesture to be able to aquire the AGS just by playing, and we arew thankful for it. And as usual, it comes with a bit of a bitter taste as it's not only NA that gets an additional campaign, but Asia too and EU gets shafted...AGAIN. Not sure what these "good reasons" are, but i doubt treating the EU playerbase like second class customers is actually a smart move. Oh right, catering the needs of the regions...well, can't speak for others, but getting middlefinger over and over again when it comes to events, and than have to listen to or read rather weak and stupid excuses does not cater my needs.

You are missing the point by a lightyear or ten. We aren't asking for more because we think it ain't enough. We are asking for the same other regions get. Asia and NA have the same events ( not sure about RU as i can't be arsed to check and my pulse is already high enough), it's just that EU gets a watered down version - again - for no appearant reason at all. Your point would have some validity if all servers would get the same event and we would ask for more, which is not the case. #wearelisteningtofeedbackmyarse
