Yes, as i said in the $hitstorm thread, WG thinks we are idiots or something. On the one hand, they are telling us this nonsesne about difficulty and otoh they putting up these missions. They sure know how to...oh wait, they don't.

How much this nonsense about how they wanted to spare us from grinding the convoy mission and how difficult it is and that only the top players would have had chance holds up can everyone see when you check the requirements for the new weekly mission.

WG games aren't p2w or pay to play as you can play without paying a single daim. WG games are pay to progress (faster) and at TX there is no need to progress anymore. If you running short of credits and don't want or can't afford to get premium time, play the lower tiers.

What? No, it does not make any sense! The event was on all regions, and only EU ducked it up by removing content and put the camos up for lots of coin. Fairly cheap? Well, maybe from WGs point of view, but i consider 3k Dubloons for Tirpitz, 2k for AGS and 1k for the TVI to not be fairly cheap. If the dealine for completion was really WG EUs concern, they could have give us the option to either play for them or buy them. So no, it does not make sense.

I've seen this and Aeroon must be the happiest player in WoWS! He got nearly 1k New Years camos, he must be screaming of joy as he can grind enough free xp for two Missouris! Some folks just have all the luck in the world... ...and i should stop trolling him nao...^^

Yep, pretty much this and yet... Can't speak for others, but if i'm on vacation i'm not going to do anything related to my job. I guess that a lot of other folks avoid doing anything job related during their vacations too, so chances are Jingles falls in the same category.

Never used one myself, as they aren't appealing to me with their 200% Free XP bonus. The lack of the standard benefits, i.e. XP and detectability boost doesn't make me want to use them. I have the Missiouri already and i don't feel like grinding free xp at this point, but once another ship gets introduced that requires free xp, i might reconsider using my ~150 "make Aeroon happy camos". ^^

Buy lotsa 1€ giftboxes, gift them to yourself and pray you get New Years camo in all of them ( 100camos per box). Aeroon got lots of them in his gift boxes...

Yamato has the advantage of being able to pen where other BBs would bounce, while the advantage of the Kurfurst is the better armour. If i had to choose, i'd go for Kurfurst as i like the secondary build and the brawler playstyle.

Guys seriously, WG is spoiling us by NOT giving us things, it's xmas after all. The time you spend with your family, spending money on them not some online game. See? They are doing us a favour! How nice of them...

I mentioned this earlier, they will either stick to the current mission setup and try to calm the waters in their usual way, or introduce the Convoy mission. The latter could happen in two ways, as watered down version of the actual mission as they don't want to hand out TVI ships, or they do the full u-turn and enable the convoy mission. In both cases they'd have to refund bought camos - at least to those players who inlocked all stages of the con´voy mission - or face another $hitstorm.

Yes pls, same applies to pussies in DDs who refuse to cap/ spot or chase the CV like [edited]. Also for CL players who go into a 1on1 vs a Bb and than cry on the forums. And let not forget useless CVs, who focus on dealing damage and leave team mates to die because using fighters to intercept enemy TBs/DBs does not increase the e-[edited]. Yes it is annoying when chicken in BBs hide like spineless cowards, but other classes aren't innocent and when you want to have a tool to punish players, it should be available for everyone/ every class. WG would be able to shut down servers for several hours a day as nobody would be left to play.^^

Putting pressure on them...will not change anything - at least this time. And not by contacting the support or refusing to buy stuff. WG can't afford to give us the Convoy mission, not now. I assume too many - the silent majority - already bought the camos and if they would enable this mission on the EU server, they would not only miss out on sales, but also would have to give those players the spend dubloons back or face another $hitstorm. This whole affair shows why server equality is important and the "different servers - different events/sales/needs" is utter nonsense. I could have understand this excuse if each server would have a different event, but they are all the same - except the EU one. WG wants to push one server which is suffering from low player numbers? Sure, go ahead but don't do it at the expense of other servers ffs. WG don't want to hand out too many TVI ships to players which haven't unlocked any TVI ships? Sure, change that part on the EU server, add additional conditions or give 1/2 the credit value instead but leave the part with the camos! I hope this $hitstorm stay alive for a while, as warning for potential new players cause this is what WG would hurt the most: a low or basically non-existant influx of new players.

As i already posted in another thread, according to WGs facebook page, we are getting a 5x XP event starting on 27th.

According to FB, we get a 5x XP event starting 27th to 30th, which is good as i'm back at work and can't play for two days. No idea why that event didn't start today...

No. That's actually wrong and Cruisers aren't supposed to counter BBs anyway. Yes, DDs can actually beat the Bismarck, assuming the player is up to it.

This was already shot down by WG (Dev Q&A), but we get something similar in the distant future.

Since i have all the premiums except for the Iwaki Alpha and Arkansas Beta, i don't see a point in buying more crates...unless WG adds them to the game that is.^^ #letmehavethemall #roadtoarkansas

Well, this camo is rather cheap with 5 Dubloons, so you can't expect them to provide the same bonuses as the 50 Dubloons camo. ^^

I like my Prem camos, infact i hope they release one for every single ship. And yes, i bought all the available camos for ships i have in my port, and will continue to do so for the last 4 CVs i don't have yet, but not these. I just don't want to spend an significant amount of money on things all other regions have the chance to get for free.

When i saw on NA that there will be two bundles with the commemorative flag, i was somewhat happy. Of course we don't get the cheaper one. Not going to spend 100 bucks on a TVI ship, and the ships alone...i could grind it.
