Their revenue from new players and incorrigible whales is more than the loss of old hands leaving or not buying any more. 2. You will not likely make it to the top of the issue list of the gambling supervisory authority. They have bigger fish to fry. Sorry, you are stuck with WG misbehaviour. You can only vote with your wallet or your feet.

I don't report anything by ticket except this kind of behaviour. Also, it seems WG does act on verbal abuse. So my advice is report said jerk by ticket to WG.

Oh yes you can. Ever had that experience on vacation, when you get something to eat at a tourist spot. It is usually crap. Why? They are not dependent on repeat business. Same with governments in resource rich countries. They are often corrupt. Why? They earn the dollars from oil or diamonds whatever they do or don't. WG earns good money even when they behave badly. Why change? Pass the vodka and caviar, comrade, don't worry about the piss ants that play your game

Nobody is obliging you to spend moneh on WoWs. I don't, and it is perfectly feasible to play it for free. In fact, it isn't even P2W: you can have an excellent WR if you spend nada. But the game is also free to whale. Which many people apparently still do with abandon, in the face of plenty evidence of WGs business ethics. Twice fooled ....

This. I really dislike WG as a company. Their behaviour is utter . However, they happen to exploit the best naval game around at this time. So, as a naval buff I am a captive consumer. Until there is another decent naval game, and I will be outta here in a nanosecond. In the meantime I do not reward WGs behaviour with what they crave most. Not a penny

Tbh I have never spent money on WG and never will. WG has a zero sum mentality so our loss is their gain. They are too greedy for win-win.

Play DD. But it takes time to dismantle the enemy position. First kill red DDs and radar cruisers, then get in with the torps. If you want to play cruiser: I like Alaska a lot. Can take a beating, you can get into range with your long radar and really disrupt the enemy and live to tell the tale.

It sounds as if perhaps WG has been hearing our persistent criticism of the low level of play in randoms and is creating an alternative that is more skill based? At least I hope that in silver and gold you may perhaps find fewer window lickers and glue sniffers. If, at least, progress will not be based on the ability to endure excruciating grinds.

Agreed, there has to be a certain skill filter to progress to top level games. Alas WG does not want that and so do many players here.

Yes I can be mad at them. More and more often I see players who cannot use the WASD keys or cannot aim their guns. Literally. They move forward and aft into islands. Once a player said in chat: I cannot get my autopilot to avoid the island (this was a BB, not CV). I saw another player shoot randomly into the sea next to his ship, he could not land his shells even in the direction of his target. Sure, sell these noobs T8-10 premiums. Make absolutely no distinction in skill level. Let the noobs suffer defeat after defeat and get frustrated. Let them drag down the rest of the team that quits WoWs in disgust. The cynicism of WG to let the game self destruct for a fist full of roubles is disgusting
